I've been here since 951 is now 1020 and my car is still sitting in the vacuum cleaner area. While Five! other vehicles on the lane already have been done washed and gone Out of the premises! I was the 2nd car in my lane ! It is now 1034 and is still seating at the vacuuming area! So the guy that supposed to be doing the cleaning was socializing with his friends upfront. when he finally came back he went to the other lane instead of where I was still waiting. 5 other vehicles have passed mine... spoke to one of the techs he said he would take care of it. Spoke to the guy in charge he said he could not answer to what happened because he was not there to know what happened... it is now 1048 my car is finally done. No wonder they have such a low rating. Went on 9/25 at 9 am and while I was waiting a blue Lexus pulled up and the guy that was drying the car left All the other cars that were waiting and ran to take care of the Lexus. I looked at my phone and it was 10:20 am!! I went inside and the said to the ladies what I witnessed and she said it was just the exterior. So, apparently she knew who was driving the SUV. I took my two month old ram 3500 here for a hand wash after leaving. I noticed three big scratches on the back driver door so I proceeded to call the manager Diego after talking to him for a short time he was immediately on the defensive, insisting it never happened there. He was very ignorant in the way he was speaking to me so I told him why are you being so aggressive and so ignorant he didn't like the fact that I called him ignorant, and the last words he said to me. Before he hung up the phone was. B***H F**K you I've never been spoken to like this by anyone in my entire life I don't understand how somebody can talk to people this way and still have a job. I definitely would recommend the Car Wash but if you go there be aware of the manager. DIEGO as he has no respect for customers. My husband and I each got our cars cleaned this past Sunday and are very impressed. For $40 it honestly looks comparable to a full detail and we couldn't be happier. I bought my car from car max about 6 months ago and they managed to find a debit card from the previous owner which says to me that they did a better job than CarMax did. Not only was the job fantastic, each person we interacted with from the guy at the front, to the lady at the counter, and the workers finishing up the job, were all kind, professional, and friendly. I went to this car wash today 7/14 I usually love this car wash but the last couple times I got my car washed here I had to go home and clean my windows and console area over, because they did such a bad job. Today the young man that was drying my car was more worried about watching me, watch him, then to do his job decent. I was just watching and hoping he was doing a good job on my window which he absolutely wasn't. He sprayed a very small amount of window cleaner on the windows and did a terrible job cleaning my windows. When he told me my car was done, I looked over the windows and asked him what his name was which he refused to give me so I went and asked to talk to a supervisor. Diego was super nice and had the young man do my windows over again and he also helped him, however when I started driving I noticed that the console area was not clean and the windows that the young man redid still weren't good. When I got home I noticed that there was still bird poop on my hood. Unbelievable!! I'm getting tired of paying $40 + to have my car washed inside and out,and having to go home and clean the windows and console area over myself. I will be looking for another full service car wash or I will just pay someone to come to my house, at least I know I'll get a nice clean car as I used mobile car wash's before,and with what this car wash is charging it won't be that much more. On 03 February 2025 I took my car in for cleaning on their monthly service plan. This visit was much different from what I had experienced in the past. There were bugs all over the front bumper that was still not washed off, as well as dirt on the tires that was missed. I spoke with a so called Latino Manager, who had no idea of management as well as Total Quality Management. His idea of management was to escalate the situation, which I had seen as the overall common theme of this so called business. After observing this poor behavior I decided then and there to cancel my monthly membership, and I am glad I had done so as this was just the start. It was becoming obvious to me that this place had changed over time from when I originally had done business with them. I had asked to be speak with the owner to notify him of the situation. I received a call from the owner the following day and immediately noticed why the place had changed observing the owner's demeanor which exemplified the same demeanor as I saw in the manager. This poor Total quality Management and poor service had solidified that this business was in a self destructive mode that I no longer wished to be part of. Please use due care and caution in doing business with this company as they are in a serious decline. Their service is poor and they will not stand behind taking care of their customers. There is plenty of competition out there that should be explored before you consider any business with this company. read more

TERRIBLE I was hoping for $32 my car would look nice. Especially when it was not the dirtiest. They tell me my car is ready and I still see soap suds on the hood. I had literally only one item on the floor for the garbage. An empty 5 hour energy bottle. Empty. Garbage. Drive away and they put the empty bottle that was on the floor that was clearly garbage in the door pocket. The worst part? The driver window/door has a hole/scratch in the tint. WTF? Went to get my car washed. Pulled up to the vacuuming area. Forget about expecting a mask, and social distancing. I had to tell them to back away from me. Went inside to pay expecting masks on employees there. Nope, no mask on anyone. I commented to the cashier. She told me she didn't have the virus. Wow. I hurried to get out and away. Outside, only one person had a mask on. I tipped him and thanked him. Pat must be so money hungry that they could care less about the employees must less the customers. I started going here a few months ago. I get the truck vacuumed, wiped out, and washed. Every now and then I will have the truck hand waxed. The prices aren't bad and the service is great. I had our truck washed there yesterday $50.25 for inside and out. I don't know what they did on the inside. The back seats were folded up so they could vacuum under them, thought they would put the seats down and vacuum the cloth seats, they never touched them. Didn't expect them to polish the the dash or the inside of the doors, but they could have at least wiped the dust off. Don't know what they did for $50.25. i only wish I had seen some of these reviews and ratings before I took my car there. They did a horrible job! I did the interior exterior for 54.00 ! I had to finish vacuuming my car when I got home, after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes. Elected for the higher priced package which included the interior shine. Got in, and they "shined over" the smudges on the seats and console. When questioned, I was told they only "wiped over, not cleaned." Mind you, a slight amount of effort would have cleaned it off. The place wasn't busy, they had time. Just lazy. Stopped in for a car wash. The workers were very polite. They vacuumed and got the car into the wash fast. After paying about $25.00 for a basic wash they waived us to the finished car. They did a lousy job on the windows and wheels. I asked the employee to fix the wheels and he begrudgingly rolled his eyes and started in one wheel. That wheel looked pretty good so I didn't walk around watching him. While the other 3 wheels were still dirty. This was my first and last visit to this business. Was here on Friday at 3:51 and had the works. $37.44, was waiting out side and they said it's ready and walked away as I went to the car so I get home and noticed the dash had places they missed so I got my amoral and did it myself then checked the hood and found at least 10 to 15 bugs not cleaned so I cleaned that too. So now I'm looking for another carwash last time the inside windshield was smeared that I couldn't see until evening when I said something the next time I was told, well they use diapers. I don't care what they use they did a lousy job on it. I've been going here for over 10 years but I've had it it's a lot of money for a lousy job that I have to touchup. read more

It took almost an hour just to get thru the vaccum and pre wash deal, then my car sat for 15 minutes before the started drying. By then it had air dried and I ended up with water spots in my windows. Inconsistent at best. I have taken multiple vehicles to Pats NuStar Carwash, and I can honestly say that each time I've had a car was it has been a completely different experience. I will admit that on several occasions they did an excellent job on my vehicles and that is the reason I had returned however this last experience very much like one of my previous earlier experiences left a very bad taste in my mouth. I brought my vehicle in to have is washed, vacuumed and cleaned and following the carwash I was told my vehicle was ready. I walked over to the car and inspected it as I always do and found that the car was still dirty. There was still road grim on the lower door panels, there was dirt and water streak marks all over the upper body and there was still bird dropping residue on the front bumper that had happed that same morning in the drive to the carwash. I was asked if everything was ok as they could visibly see my reactions after inspecting the car and I told them "No, everything was not ok because the car was still dirty despite just paying $35 for a carwash". A gentleman came over (later identifying himself as a manager) and started wiping some of the dirt off with a rag he had in his hand and stated that I should pay to have the car hand detailed and clay-bared to better clean it. I remarked that I had just paid $35 for a carwash and that they hadn't even properly done that as the car was still dirty. Again all the gentleman tried to do was upsell an additional wash and cleaning of the car, not even an attempt to correct the issues at hand or rectify the situation (a rewash would have been a good start to correcting the problem instead of arguing with me). Clearly the management does not care what levels of service they turn out given the inconsistencies and as a result I will not be likely to return as a customer; I would strongly advise others to consider different options also unless you are willing to gamble on a clean car or not. read more
