Nice space filled with tons of balloon choices, stuffed animals, Graeter's ice cream, lots of fudge choices, and specialty truffles, bonbons, etc... I am not a fan of chocolate, etc, but I could appreciate the detail, presentation and most certainly the taste these beauties contained. I got a delicious and refreshing raspberry sorbet, and my husband got the bourbon ball (?) ice cream, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Both employees were friendly and helpful while we made our choices. We ate them at their table outside. From the other reviews I read after we went there, they seem like a fantastic small business, so patronize them!

He has a very reasonable cancellation policy as well as flexible pick up/drop off times. For example, our venue did not allow us to leave the chairs there overnight and the wedding ceremony would be right outside of the reception so we didn't want to have people fold up all of the chairs while guests were still hanging outside just after the ceremony. He agreed to come back at 10:30pm to pick them up instead so that we wouldn't disrupt the reception. I will definitely be using his company for rentals in the future.

No alternatives offered, just "sorry." Meanwhile, I had 10 little girls arriving within 30 minutes. If you book with this company, have a backup party plan, because their buses clearly do. Thankfully, I pulled together my own spa party at home and didn't miss a beat. The following day, I did receive an apology email, a refund, and a 50% off offer. No thanks, I don't need a discount for a service that may not show up. A free party couldn't fix unreliable transportation.

We did a painting party this year and a mani/pedi last year. The bus arrived promptly on time, set up and hosted 10 kids on the bus for two hours while the adults enjoyed some mingling. We also used the slumber party tents for the night and the girls had a blast. Their team set up the tents and came the following day to clean up. I can not recommend this company enough for their services and making the whole birthday party planning simple. Top notch company and great customer service.
