I have a 2015 Jeep JKU that developed an oil leak, and after some poking around, found it was most…read morelikely the dreaded oil filter housing / oil cooler (known issue on the pentastar engines). I called Millevoi's on a Tuesday afternoon asking if they could have a look, and I dropped the Jeep on Wednesday on my way to work. By late morning I had a call, and a text with the diagnosis, including photos outlining the issue (yep, oil filter housing) along with the quote for approval. Pricing was inline for what the job was, and was completed on-time as promised (next day). Job was done about a week and a half ago, and all good! The unit was replaced with the all aluminum oil filter housing, OEM housing lasted 9 years / 53000 miles, will see how the aluminum does. No complaints, kept me updated, completed fast and on-time! Thanks Millevois

I have been bringing my many cars to Kelley's since the 1980's due to their legendary reputation…read morefor honesty, integrity, and skill. Note that I am a real consumer, not the usual shill who is really the owner, employee, or someone who gets paid to post fake five star reviews for crooked companies. Unlike most if not all other car repair joints, Kelley's owners genuinely care about their customers. Try them and you will see what I mean. Kelley's always keeps their promises and gets repairs done on time at the quoted prices. Their rates are the same as everyone else's but you will end up saving a fortune because they only do necessary repairs and often discourage repairs if it is in the best interest of the customer. I have never seen any other auto repair shop do that. Just this week, I told Eric that I would be willing to pay more than $2,000 to fix my old car but he talked me out of that extensive work and into a mere $360 fix, which by the way worked and even got the "Check engine" light to turn off, an unexpected and wonderful bonus! Kelley's has ASE-certified mechanics and cutting-edge equipment, so you cannot beat their expertise and effectiveness. The neighborhood is safe and clean. There are many million dollar houses within a block of the shop! My one complaint is that you are required to make an appointment two or more days in advance because they have such a loyal following. But overall, you ain't gonna beat Kelley's with Aaron Judge's bat. All claims made in this review can be verified by getting estimates from Kelley's and two other ASE-certified shops for the same repair. Kelley's will always be competitive and likely be the cheapest due to their refusal to do unnecessary repairs, which is how most shops make a killing.

Tried charging $150 for a set of lug security locks instead of replacing the lock key that never came with my vehicle in the first place. After 5 years of ownership I finally needed new tires and couldn't find my key. Low and behold there wasn't one in the vehicle. Very disappointed with owner. Brought my Toyota highlander to be inspected. Once they gave me back…read moremy car I noticed that they had to cut the tint to install my inspection stickers. But that is not the real problem. The real problem is that they cut my tint in the middle of the windshield where the windshield meets the hood and look like someone tried to put an X. I called the shop which I spoke to the manager who insisted on me to bring the car so they can view the cut mark. Once I got there, I showed him the spot. He proceeded to deny the incident. I know for a fact, they put the X at that spot because I had the car washed and there were no scratches on my window shield tint at all. The only fresh cut marks was the sloppy job of cutting my tint. To put the inspection stickers. I hate dealing with businesses that do not own up to their mistakes and I do not recommend this place to anybody because if they can deny something so my new and not take responsibility than when it comes to fixing a car, they will do the same thing which will mean more money out of your pocket. The only good thing about this shop is the receptionist. She's the only humble person there to deal with. It sucks that I have to go. somewhere else to take care of my inspections, even though I was advised to go another place other than them. The real reason why I went back to them from the beginning cause they put my first inspection sticker on and they did not cut my tinted windows and also the fact that the receptionist is pretty and very nice. But now I will never deal with them again.
