The long story short is that Ali was incredibly helpful (and patient) and I will be getting my…read moretaxes done with her forever now. I was putting off doing my taxes because I had too many documents that I don't know the name of or how they work. I use turbo tax every year and every year turbo tax gets more expensive and my return gets lower, so this year I figured "why am I going to pay over $300 for a bad return?". So I asked Ali what I can do about it because I work near her business and she told me "let me see". Less then an hour later, my taxes were filed, I got 3x the return I was expecting, I paid significantly less then I would for turbo tax (I DoorDash time to time and TurboTax charges you 2x because you are now an "independent contractor"), and I feel like I even walked out understanding the forms a little better. Honestly she's great, the office is really nice, the parking and accessibility was great, and even the other staff were very nice and patient with me trying to explain what forms I had and didn't have. 10/10 will go again next year.

We paid $1,500 and was guaranteed help with our business and personal taxes. All we received were promises and no solutions. Her excuses were she was busy with bigger clients and did absolutely nothing for us. We had to resort to another tax preparer and pay another fee. I would hate for another small local company to spend the money we did for no services or solutions. I heard her father Daniel was great but please do not waste your time or money with Erin Soares.

My wife and I had been a client for many years. Mom and Dad Fetcho worked to ensure they got every…read moretax client taken care of and without delay. Since Mom and Dad Fetcho retired, I sent our taxes in as I always do. I got no response and no communication as to the status of filing. I texted, called, and emailed multiple times. We are working with a tax resolution team and we needed the taxes filed so we could wrap up the case and move forward. Still had no response. We found that Fetcho filed only 2023, but also made errors per the IRS. I tried again to contact Fetcho with zero response. The IRS advised they were going to fine us additional monies if we did not get our filing in by a certain date. I emailed again and texted with zero reaponse from Fetcho. So I ended up paying extra to our tax resolution team to refile and file our 2023-24, and will do our 25 taxes. It is very sad we got screwed and interest continues to build. I will be reporting to the IRS for this abuse. I really liked Fetcho Tax service. However, playing with my money is like playing with my emotions. You dont screw people over. If you couldnt handle the volume, then Fetcho could have sent my stuff back and told me they couldnt do our taxes.
