My wife and I had been a client for many years. Mom and Dad Fetcho worked to ensure they got every tax client taken care of and without delay. Since Mom and Dad Fetcho retired, I sent our taxes in as I always do. I got no response and no communication as to the status of filing. I texted, called, and emailed multiple times. We are working with a tax resolution team and we needed the taxes filed so we could wrap up the case and move forward. Still had no response. We found that Fetcho filed only 2023, but also made errors per the IRS. I tried again to contact Fetcho with zero response. The IRS advised they were going to fine us additional monies if we did not get our filing in by a certain date. I emailed again and texted with zero reaponse from Fetcho. So I ended up paying extra to our tax resolution team to refile and file our 2023-24, and will do our 25 taxes. It is very sad we got screwed and interest continues to build. I will be reporting to the IRS for this abuse. I really liked Fetcho Tax service. However, playing with my money is like playing with my emotions. You dont screw people over. If you couldnt handle the volume, then Fetcho could have sent my stuff back and told me they couldnt do our taxes. read more

I submitted my taxes in March and I have sent numerous text messages and emails for an update. I've been provided one response and was explained my taxes would be completed in July. However, today is September 2 of 2025 and I have yet to have my taxes done. I feel ignored and can't understand why a business will not respond to their clients. I've been going to this tax office for many years. I have never had any complaints until now. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

We dropped off our taxes in March. We called numerous times before taxes were due to find out when they would be done. The message on her voice mail indicated she filled extensions for everyone and would reach out. We didn't hear anything until October when she requested some documents. I emailed them to her. We have continuously called, emailed, and texted but have received no response. Now the extension deadline has long passed and we're in 2026. We just want our paperwork back. read more

We have been waiting for her to answer our phone calls, text messages and emails. NO ANSWER!! We would like our paperwork back but no answer. We are stressed that there are going to be a large amount in penalties. When we heard back from her in April, she said she filed a extension, I don't believe her. I'm sick to my stomach. read more

If there was a no star option, I definitely would do a no star. We turned our stuff in in April and finally got her stuff back in late June after calling texting emailing. She told us that she had put an extension in. We got fined for over $600 for a late filing definitely do not recommend. read more

I have had a horrible experience with j.s. fetcho tax for the first time, i dont know whats going on. No awnsers to messeges to ansers to phone calls going on 5 months and still no returns. What can i do to get my paper work back read more

It pains me deeply to have to give this review. This tax preparer cost us $2,162 in IRS tax penalties and interest. I do not recommend this tax service to anyone. We learned that we were one of many clients that sent tax documents to Jessica Fetcho only to be ignored. We had been a customer of this tax service for almost 30 years. In the past, we would go into the office for our scheduled appointment and in 30 minutes our taxes were done. We would know immediately if we had a refund or if we owed. When Frank Fetcho died a few years ago and Jessica took over the business, it changed. She sent us a letter stating she closed the office and would be working out of her home. Her letter stated, we were to mail our documents to her Post Office box address or we could email our documents to her. On March 23, we chose to email our documents, we sent her a text message saying we emailed them. She replied via text that she would be on the look-out for them. As April 15 got closer and we did not hear from her, we got nervous. We called her, but only got her voice mail. On April 15, her voice mail changed saying, "If you submitted tax documents to her prior to April 15, she filed an extension on our behalf and she would reach out later." The days went by and then the months went by and no response from Jessica. She did not answer her phone; all calls went to voice mail. We text her many times and a few times she replied saying that she had been sick and she was working on returns and we would hear from her in a week or two. However, we never heard from her. Finally, in September we could not take the stress anymore. We have never applied for a tax extension in our life and we were stressed. We sent her a text telling her we were going to find another tax preparer to file our return. Luckily, we scanned and emailed our documents to her and did not have to resort to getting hard copies back her. We heard from other people that the same thing happened to them. I know one couple that drove to her home and demanded their tax documents back. Jessica Fetcho has harmed a lot of people. It is tragic because she has ruined the business that her father worked so hard to build for many years. read more

Fast, friendly, through service with a smile. We've been getting our taxes done here going on 17 years now and have always been satisfied. People have asked us why we don't go to somebody local but we've never even considered that. As long as the Fetchos don't go anywhere, neither will we. read more

I was late to my appointment because they moved and had to find their new location. When I walked in they said they wouldn't see me I could just leave my paperwork or make a new appointment. I made a new appointment because I had some tax questions I didn't just want to leave my paperwork. They called me two days later and said they weren't going to allow me to keep my new appointment and I could only drop off paperwork and I was informed I wasn't allowed an person appointment at all. Who treats a client like that? It is not as if they are a cheap service and it was very rude. I take responsibility for being late the first appointment and was willing to take any next one available which obviously they had one but I wasn't allowed to have that spot. Don't do business with them. I should have known because last year they wouldn't even use their calculator to add up my receipts and I forgot before I went so I wasn't allowed the deduction. read more
