Unusual, but I went with it. I did end up getting a policy that was a decent price through Progressive (AAA partners with a number of other insurances in the area to give you the best deal), but my representative ended up adding my card to someone else's policy because she accidentally had their window open while taking my card information, which has ended up in $410.20 of excessive charges on my card, $167 of which has been refunded as soon as the OTHER customer realized the mistake, not the agent! The agent then insisted the issue is fixed, and then the rest hit me as re-occurring charges which is now supposedly fixed again but the refund is now stuck in limbo for a month while Progressive tries to send me a check via snail mail!... Totally unacceptable that they'd put my card info in someone else's account and then take so long to get the money back to me. Highly disappointed in my experience here.

But after meeting Lily for a few minutes I knew I was in the hands of someone I could trust and someone that would make the experience as painless as possible. She specializes in General dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, the thing that made her great is that she has a passion for both and is very good at explaining what needs to be done. In the end the patient is the one that decides what needs to be done but Lily always preached taking the most conservative approach which shows that she is more worried about the patient's longterm dental health rather than wallet. I would recommend Dr Nadimi to anyone ! 5 stars! Disan
