This needs to be addressed by OTF Corporate as it's not fair for unlimited members. The studio was well maintained and had secure lockers. The instructions by the coach is 20% in French and 80% in English, which was great! Their store had a lot of cool merchandise, which I was very impressed with. Overall a good experience in OTF Canada. Will recommend this studio and will return when I get back to Montreal.

There are three sections: treadmills, rowing, and strengthening. You rotate throughout your class and every workout will be different. There is no half assing here people. You are hooked to a heart monitor and your output is put on display on one several monitors. For you bashful types, don't worry. There is no shaming and the instructor will see that you are working hard. If you are hardly working though, you will get the encouragement you need to make your workout worthwhile. In the end, it's all about YOU working at YOUR pace for YOUR own fitness goals. Hope you give it a try. It's a great gym. Happy it is in Canada now.
