We where supposed to have our tree down in March but then COVID hit so it was rescheduled for…read moreJune..when Jaime from Preferred Arbor arrived that morning, he told my husband to call the electric company and they would probably take the tree down for free..so after waiting over a year..because they came last May for an estimate..the tree didn't come down that day, we called Potomac Edison waited 3 more weeks for them to tell us no they would only trim around the power lines. I called Preferred Arbor immediately to get the tree scheduled and was given a complete bullshit story that he lost his certification to come within 10 feet with his bucket..what??? Your a tree company, seriously??? He lied to us about Potomac Edison and lied again about his certification..said he'd do it in January...no I called Luis at LC Tree service..he came within an hour for an estimate and could take the tree down that week. His price including the stump removal was amazing..they worked thru the 90+ weather, cleaned up as they went..did I mention this was close to a 100 foot pine tree?? They worked endlessly to get it done and then came back the third day to put the fence back up.
