I was delighted that he had the parts to fix both appliances in his truck as well! Ron fixed all of the issues within a couple of hours, happily answering questions and explaining each process. What great customer service. I was really shocked that not only was Ron a wiz with the repairs, but very inexpensive as well. For the dual fixes, appliance tutelage and parts, I was only billed a whopping $110.00. I simply do not know how Ron works at these rates.
