I called, they sent an excellent professional who spent 4 hours going through the problem areas and fixing everything for a reasonable charge. He also found some serious outside connections that he showed me that were actually dangerous the way they were. As asked, they came and gave me a reasonable estimate to correct the situation, and accomplished everything in a 2 week time period, including coordinating w FPL to shut down the main line.
