When we contacted both the catering manager and the owner, to discuss the details of the food we wanted, we were told one of the menus they provided was not an option. (The menu that we wanted to use). The owner was extremely unprofessional. She openly admitted she had made a mistake by sending the menu and "learned her lesson".
