As much as I've enjoyed their pastas I have noticed a some decline and probable changes. I've been a couple of times recently in the last couple of months and every time the sauces seemed a bit watered down and less flavorful. I also remembered their pastas coming with garlic bread but I had to order garlic bread the last time. Anyways, the actual cook of the pasta has been consistently good so I can't complain there. They aren't the quickest to get your food out but for the overall quality I am pretty much always willing to wait for well prepared food. As for ambiance, I mean it's a food truck so not much to say there.

All their rolls come with cream cheese and fresh seafood. I got their Algo Bien roll ($20) as well as 2 tacos, al pastor and chicken ($4/each). The roll was great!! It comes plated with 3 sauces (a spicy mayo, a sweet sauce and soy sauce) and some veges on the side. It was very filling (I couldn't finish it) so I barely had room to try the 2 tacos I ordered, but I managed to sneak a couple bites in, and they were really good too! They make their tortillas fresh and they have a sign that says "fresh food not fast food" although my food didn't take too long to make...they also have a salsa bar with plenty of salsa and vege toppings. The taco truck is located next to a Mexican iced cream shop. And the young kid working there was the sweetest, he walked me through their menu with such great enthusiasm, it was very refreshing! I got my food to go, but he said I could eat inside the cute ice cream shop. I'll do that the next time I'm back in town for sure!

Since it was our first visit, she took the time to tell us a little about the restaurant, which was a nice touch. We were seated outside, and the patio area was really nice and comfortable. When our server came over, she went through the September specials with us, and we ended up ordering from the specials menu. The food was amazing! We had one of the wood-fired pizzas, and even though it was only a 14-inch pie, it was more than enough for the two of us. We actually had leftovers to take home. Of course, I had to order dessert, and that was amazing too. Great food, friendly service, and a really nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
