He is very knowledgeable and will answer all my questions and explain everything. The front desk workers are also all so nice as well. The only down side to this office is the parking situation. You have to find street parking or have someone drop you off. The parking lot next to the office is unfortunately not for H&R Block customers so there is a chance of getting booted. Felix Battiato comes off as a nice person when you first meet. Felix made an error on my business and personal taxes when incorrectly reported my income on the wrong return. Mistake cost me over two thousand dollars with both Fed and state!! When I discovered the mistake ad brought it to Felix's attention, he refused to acknowledge or amend return even though I clearly showed him what mistake he made. I had to pay another account not once but twice o amend my returns. I am currently taking Felix to small claims court and suing him. I had brought four three other customers to him which have all left due to high pricing for returns
