Carol is such a great realtor to work with. Carol has shown me what a REALtor is all about!! She…read moregoes the extra mile to make her clients happy!!! Carol has met workers at my house when I was unavailable. She has also done a ton of marketing to get my house sold quickly!! I got top dollar!! She also helped me on two occasions for summer rentals. Very professional, caring & efficent I would definitely use her again!!

Buying a house - it's one of the biggest financial moves in most people's lives, and also one of…read morethe biggest PITA's. Lawyers, township red tape, lenders, inspectors, etc.. the list goes on and on, and most of them (especially the banks) seem hell bent on making life as miserable as possible throughout the ordeal. Under the recommendation from a coworker, I came here after our previous agent failed to find us anything decent. Thankfully, Carol came through with shining colors. Now, I'm not TOO picky of a guy, but I knew what we wanted in a house, and how much we wanted to spend. Most importantly, I didn't want any salesman BS about how "with only a little bit of work, you can knock down these six walls, build a new kitchen, finish the basement, and do a small addition to the bedroom", or that buying a craphole of a house was a "great investment". In the wake of Hurricane Sandy & the housing bubble, a lot of people were trying to sell their beaten-up / tiny / unkempt houses for *way* more than they were worth, and Carol was there - day after day, putting up with us and my (often crass) sense of humor while we hunted for a place where the sellers weren't nuts. Looking at houses felt like hanging out with a friend, not being pressured into buying by a pushy salesperson. If I had to do it all over again, I'd most certainly come back here. I'm pretty sure if it weren't for Carol, I'd probably have given up looking at houses entirely, and ended up in some tiny apartment for the next 10 years.

I had quite of few problems and if I were you I would avoid…read more First off MS Kubis-Benedetto was unprepared. We had to wait a half an hour after our scheduled time while she printed off documents. As we went through the documents, I noticed that the price was not correct because it did not include the $2500 discount, we had negotiated due to faulty windows. She loudly announced that "this was a total disaster" and spent the rest of the closing, making and taking phone calls, trying to focus the blame of this mistake on others, instead of focusing on our closing. When we got to page 2 section H of the closing detail I asked what the monthly HOA details were and she said they were $63 a month. I asked her again if she was sure, because half of the listings had the HOA dues were $160 a month and the others said they were $160 a quarter. She said she was sure and pointed at the $63. Underneath that line there are two $500 charges for the HOA. I asked her to explain what they were. She said one was a processing fee and the other was an advance payment of HOA dues. She was wrong on both accounts. The monthly HOA fee is $163. The second $500 was a membership fee that the HOA charges in addition to the processing fee. The listing she provided as part of the contract had the age of the dwelling wrong. It is not an 1997 condo, it is a 1979 I which confirmed with the tax accessors office. When we were finished with the closing, she did not have the keys to the home. She said comeback tomorrow and maybe she could find them. Later that day after I had driven back to hotel, I was staying at in Toms River, she found them and I had to drive back to Little Silver. Because of her mistakes I am paying $1700 more than what I signed for in my contract this year.
