When I called to make an appointment, I was quoted a price. This price was repeated to me when I…read morewent in for my appointment two days later and was verified by both the front desk and by my hygienist. Some sort of error occurred (possibly from transitioning to a new system), and I was told that a manager was going to be charging me nearly five times the price I was quoted. I attempted to have this issue escalated so it could be addressed and fixed, but I was again told that the price I was quoted would not be honored and that it would be nearly quintupled. The front desk employee that I booked my appointment with was clearly doing everything she could to try to escalate the issue for me so that it could be resolved, but an unknown manager was refusing to cooperate. A different manager was made aware of the issue over the weekend and she immediately reached out to me. She was able to resolve the issue very quickly and has thoroughly assured me something like this will not happen again. Other than this issue which has been fully resolved, I have had no negative experiences. Every staff member I have had contact with has been great.

But initially, it was given only to the female patients. I researched this and found that 90% of new oral cancer cases are in men. The doctors didn't like that I said something about giving the form only to females. They subsequently dropped me as a patient for challenging them. They also wanted to put bite wings in my mouth for x-rays when a periodontist specifically said not to. I let them know about this too. Then I got a message to go somewhere else for dental care. I recently moved from Massachusetts to Ohio and I am happy to have found such a caring dentist and office staff that kept me informed and worked within my budget as I don't have dental insurance. Mohamidu (head of the office) told me about their dental plan but suggested that I wait until after the dentist checked my teeth before I purchase the plan for $119.00, which so appreciate because he told me that it may not be worth it depending on my dental needs . That shows me that Beckett Ridge Modern Dentistry is not out just to get your money . That is the kind of person and dental office that should be a role model for other offices to model.
