I was excited Yes I did get 5.99. BUT unlike my existing lender I wasn't advised they were running a hard credit check. Also my existing lender loaned almost two tine as much as they did. Plus I was told right away that my loan would be sold. I hadn't dismissed my existing lender. And although my score is high it only dropped a few points but I thought all ran a soft credit, until I really signed on the dotted line. It all worked out fine. My existing lender gave me a 4.99 rate. My agent and Pike were just too quick moving like I was a number and what they offered would only benefit them.

To add fuel to the fire, in the end of that phone conversation, he told me to let him know if I found a property on my own so that he could schedule a tour. WHAT???? You want ME to do the leg work in finding the property so that all you have to do to collect your commission is to give me a tour???? John has got to be one of the laziest realtors I've ever dealt with. In calling his boss, Erik Hoferer, after my conversation with John to complain about him, Erik did not apologize to me, nor did he offer to find a property for me. The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.

The $1499 special has very little to choose from, but I managed to find two pieces (read remnants) that would work for me. Template and install time quoted were very quick (should have been a red flag). Then they broke one of the pieces, so I had to go back and pick another. When it came time to install, the guys were very rude, and couldn't install one of the pieces because it needed to be cut and pieced in order to get it in the space. Told me they would be back tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is here, and no installers. They never notified the scheduler that they needed to come back, so I'm pushed back another day. Also, they made a mess in my bathroom, and didn't clean up after themselves. Also, the counter has sand marks in it, so it will now have to be polished where it was glued. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your needs, because this place is terrible. Salesperson won't call me back, manager won't call me back. Also, they charge you the credit card fees. Bad business in my opinion, and I've been self employed for almost 40 years.
