I was on the phone an hour and a half with the other reps. One of the customer service reps told me sometime you can't fix the problem - can you believe that. Meanwhile, took Emily a total of 10 minutes to fix the problem which was on their end not mine. If anyone ever calls the Wider office direct be fore warned they jus out and out LIE.
