We were told that it was pretty straight forward and should have swift results. The first costly error set things back for 3-6 months. He does not respond to inquiries, requests in email or by phone. At one point I could not get a hold of him at all for 6+ months. I feel like I am being held hostage by someone we hired! Please, don't hold your breath. If I had even had an inkling about this I would have looked elsewhere. Painful is an understatement. 9/7/16 Finally contact from him. He stated that it would be last week. Again can't get a hold of him. Countless emails and phone calls to get an update. Doesn't seem to hold customers in very high regards. (Again my opinion based on observation and actions) 11/22/16 The Firm must be manipulating and taking money as he is doing everything to avoid talking to us. Now he is leaving the firm. His other lawyers Andrew thomas and ryan barr are doing nothing to help with this either. This has gone on for over 2 years. This firm is NOT one that you want to put your money or family estate into based on my experience. MY OPINION IS TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Matthew Bieber at Bieber & Czechowski prepared an erroneous writ of garnishment for his client…read moreregarding a landlord tenant dispute. The firm was unable to check their facts to determine that I lived out of state and am unaffiliated with the landlord's property in Warren, MI. Mr. Bieber acted as a collections agent, assigned a writ for garnishment to my name and found the first person with my name (not a wholly uncommon name). After contacting Matthew Bieber he expressed: (1) he did not believe me (2) recommended that since I live out of state I can ignore the writ (again prepared by him) (3) was either unable or unwilling to provide any documentation leading to the judgment I have since discovered that the affidavit of service was issued to the rental property address and the judgment was awarded by default because I was not in court. Mr. Bieber advised me that the burden of proof is on me and that he really trusts his client. If you are seeking any real legal services it is recommended you look elsewhere. Bieber & Czechowski is just a glorified collection service unable to check their facts!
