We had multiple cars and our house insured with her and actually before we knew better we even try to insure others. Big mistake. So horrible that her own husband couldn't help but say how she was (now it appears he's her ex-husband) by the way he was super nice and would apologize for her behavior. All of us agree that she was a reprehensible. We went over several times when they didn't tell us our policy was canceling and a lot of other bad stuff and she refused to meet us even though we could see her right through the glass. And we were polite. The other people that worked there apologized for her like usual, and honestly the times we went in she was only there a couple times. It's in a bad neighborhood and it's no surprise that she has all one star reviews on here. I'm not alone. And there are others. As you can see on the page. It also tends to flood and I wouldn't stay in that neighborhood because there are shootings. Stay far away and pick another state farm agent if you want but please, not this one.
