We discussed there was a trim piece missing (see pic) and he, Bud Snyder the owner, assured me it would get that done asap when they got the piece. I should NOT have paid him until the 5 foot trim piece was put on but I thought I could trust him for it. It's been over a year now. I've tried calling him and left a message. I tried talking to him in person and he was very RUDE and disrespectful in front of my adult daughter. Would I hire him again? No.

He asked for half for the deposit in the estimate so that he could get materials. I had had him replace part of the fence a couple years ago and working with him went fine, so I trusted him and paid him the deposit. This was very wrong. Ed has repeatedly blown me off when trying to schedule and will not return texts, voicemails, or even messages on other platforms. I've been trying to schedule with him for several months and have now asked for the deposit back since he never completed or even scheduled the project that he agreed to in the estimate. Ed is non-responsive. I'm really disappointed that he would steal my money as I liked his work and working with him previously went well. Sales guy Steven convinced my mom and I that they're the best option and that they would handle ANY problems they came across during installation. We agreed to pay nearly 15k for a very simple offering knowing that our peace of mind would be covered in case anything went wrong... New shower was installed in a day, which is what we asked for, but in retrospect they rushed the job. They came on July 3 and wanted to get to their vacation early. Anyways. I asked 3 times during the process if anything was wrong and was told everything's fine. Shower goes in, looks like what we ordered. We sign off and THEN the install lady confesses that they broke one of our floor tiles during the process. Had they would have just told us when it happened we could have provided a spare tile to swap out. Next day, upon closer inspection, we discovered major scratches on the top edges of the shower pan, and how inconsistent and sloppy of a silicone sealant job they did. The oil based silicone they used stays sticky for days, makes painting impossible, and comes off easy when you scrub it. Not the right material. We asked our sales guy to help to get someone out here to look at everything. THEY SENT THE SAME 2 PEOPLE WHO DID THE INSTALL TO CHECK THEIR OWN WORK. No higher up? No supervisor? They came with a little piece of transition material for the step out of the shower to HIDE the broken tile. Insulting. Why would they send the same people out to grade their own work? It went about how you'd imagine. Anyways, we were supposed to have some sort of solution proposed to us by end of day Friday July 11th. Today is Sat July 19 and we still haven't heard anything. The original documentation they emailed to my mom has a dead / expired link and she has asked our sales guy to resend the info a few times but guess what? Total ghost. She still doesn't have a contract for the work. This company's communication is that of a company who already knows they're going under. They must already know they're facing bankruptcy. Still waiting for some sort of resolution here weeks later. Worst communication of all time.
