This is after a confirmation of schedule conflict and then confirming that 3:30 was a good time. Then nope it was our case was closed and I was belligerent for being so angry having rescheduling my entire day based on their confirmation that it was a go. Now we are told to just get another provider which I think sounds best based on prior reviews and lack of respect we are shown. Don't do any business with this company as they assume you're the problem and they claimed they are scars of us. Wow we are way more scared of the lack of service they didn't provide. Look elsewhere and save yourself the time.

DO NOT DEAL WITH MEDICAL GUARDIAN! - My experience with Medical Guardian was a nightmare and is…read morestill going on. Their customer reps are rude. I was hung up on mid-sentence by a rep and even a manager. I received 3 different pieces of information from 3 different reps as far as shipping dates and even which company they use to ship. My unopened device, after I decided to not use MG was activated by the company so they could charge me for a month's use. For one week of that month I didn't even have the device in my possession yet! Activation of the device is supposed to be done by the customer. They insisted I pay them for a month's service and threatened to increase it to 90 days. I requested a return postage label which I affixed to the box. USPS returned it to me for insufficient postage. The label only paid for one pound; USPS weighed the box at 2 pounds 2.3 ounces. I sent photos of USPS's notation on the box. Another postage label was sent - covering only one pound, just like the original one. I am still waiting for the correct return label and they are threatening me to charge me for the device that wasn't returned due to their incorrect labels. Also, because this has been dragging along and they activated the device themselves they are claiming I own an activated device and this gives them even more reason to charge me for service! How underhanded is that? Keep in mind this is a large highly rated company and they cannot send the proper postage label, activate devices on their own as ploys to claim service fees and their reps are morons, one rep stating one thing and the next one contradicting the first one. All this harassment, misinformation, threats and general nastiness and ineptitude perpetrated by a huge company on a senior citizen with health issues for a disputed $63.43. Please do not use this company. Imagine you fall and need help ASAP. Can you imagine putting your life in the hands of these losers? Life Alert is more expensive but the reps are friendly and knowledgeable and treat you like a human being.
