She was very helpful and ensured that the treatment would help with my tight muscles. I have been going for a few weeks now and have seen great results, my body is so relaxed after each session. I even sleep like a baby now, and used to have trouble sleeping through the night. I don't particularly like the smell of ozone on my skin so not showering for a few hours afterwards is not the easiest but the results make it worth it! I have been going to Pathways for about a year now to increase my Ferritin levels along with Ozone therapy to help with inflammation. After finishing my ferritin Iv's I continue to go in time to time for some immune boosting Iv's and b12 shots. The nurses are great and knowledgable. I continued with the Ozone therapy twice weekly for a few months, and now go in for maintenance every couple weeks. I have noticed big changes in my body with inflammatory issues, and it has even helped me with fungal infections. The treatments are a breeze. I had been to them years ago paid hundreds of dollars one of their chief health professionals gave a diagnosis where I asked if he was a doctor. He responded no but I have done this for over 30 years. All I can say is "beware". I had seen something about them in the news that they caught one guy who claimed he was a doctor and is not. I made an appointment the day after my birthday and was fasted to get my blood drawn. My appointment was set for 9:15 and I arrived at 9:18 because of traffic. I filled out paperwork and waited to be called in. 20 mins passes and I still haven't been called. I asked the front desk how much longer and she says "you're next". Another 10 mins passes and at this point it's close to 10 o'clock and I ask again, " how much longer, I have somewhere to be" and another girl says "another 15 mins". At this point, I drove 45 mins to get to the appointment that was supposed to be 10 mins long and they were going to make me wait over an hour to be seen for bloodwork. Honestly, ridiculous. After going through the process of a dispute regarding a non-working machine, the company has refused to refund or replace the Hocatt package i purchased. I had one left and they denied me that one left (outright theft). They claim they fixed the non-working machine, but they never showed proof of the paperwork or information of the mechanic and the hocatt was not putting out ozone during the times I used it except for ONCE. Please look on the Better Business Bureau website for the full review on this company. I spent over $5800 here doing Dr G's protocol and buying a package of Hocatts. I also referred several people here and had a credit on my account which was not refunded. Note that in my review and dispute, I simply state the facts, but Pathways attacks my character which is always a clear sign of wrongdoing. Make your own judgement, but make sure you first look at the facts. No proof from the company of having the machine looked at or fixed. They did not give me my last hocatt in the package. They did not give me the credit I had earned through referring clients to them. They did not respond with facts or truth but instead chose to attack my character. read more
