For the infants, there are three rooms with eight babies in each room. And moving onward from that age, there are more and more kids due to less caretakers per child ratios. The staff were welcoming and gave us a tour. They shared the fact that they are open from 7 AM to 6 PM and you can drop off and pick up your child whenever you need to during that window. They also give you the option to do part time and pick the days you would like to attend. Each year, they offer two weeks of vacation where you can skip the tuition for that week. They also seem to have fun events like picture day, egg hunts, child recognition ceremonies, and more. We are happy we stumbled across this spot for our daughter.

Both of our boys are very well socialized, they are learning so much and overall happy, safe and loved. They wake up each morning excited for their "school day"! I highly recommend this school to any parent/caregiver looking for childcare options.

SHE IS A TERRIBLE "SO CALLED BOSS". let's start from the beginning when I first started working at Saxony. It was my first week there, I think my third or fourth day there. I had no idea who she was, I had no idea who the director was, nobody was ever at the front when I came in at 9:30am to greet me. There was always a sticky note on the clock in machine that told me where to go. That whole week was teacher appreciation week. Amanda, came in to the room I was working in and introduced herself... BUT INTRODUCED HERSELF AS KATIES PARTNER, and then right in front of my face gave these two employees both gift cards worth $50 a piece. Mind you it is my first week so I don't expect anything at all. But it would of been nice to of done that NOT right in front of my face, or even a hello card. But not to give other staff members $50 gift cards. But moving on! I started working over at Arbor Village! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT THERE! BIG SHOUT OUT TO PAM AND RACHEL IN THE FRONT! A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE TEACHERS I WORKED IN THE SCHOOL AGE ROOM( YO-YO,HUNTER, AND CASEY) ! And ANOTHER SHOUT OUT TO THOSE KIDS! THEY WERE AWESOME! I LOVED EVERY BIT OF PLAYING IN THE GYM WITH THEM, KICK BALL, BASKETBALL, YOU NAME IT, Ms.Tracy was right there playing with them! I SHOWED UP FOR WORK, ON TIME! NEVER LATE. AND THEN BOOM.... I had to change my payroll information, and I did that up front with Rachel right next to me and I'm sending Katie pictures making sure I did it correct. They both knew! Well payday came, didn't get paid. THIS IS WHEN IT GETS FISHY... I'm sending Katie screen shots and she's like okay I'll take care of it. Amanda sent me my paystub through my email. And I had to call her because I just had talk to Katie saying it didn't go through for the account, well Amanda said well we will have to issue you a paper check and taxes won't be taken out, which is perfectly fine because I'll just owe them, ME! NOT THEM... well then Amanda messaged Rachel saying issue her a check for this amount. Well I go and open it and my taxes are taken out..... WHAT JOB TAKES TAXES OUT OF A WRITTEN CHECK ???? THAT JUST GIVES YOU FRAUD QUESTIONING ALL OVER IT BUT BUT BUT I DIDNT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT FRAUD, my exact words were how do I know that they are being paid? They CAN EASILY pocket that money. And AMANDA BLEW UP.... HER EXACT WORDS WERE, "TRACY IM NOT KIDDING, IF YOU THINK IM DOING SOMETHING FRAUD THEN TODAY CAN BE YOUR LAST DAY IF YOY WANT IT TOO BE AND SHE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME, then calls Katie and I guess tells Katie I cussed her out is what I heard from a couple people. And I guess told Katie she didn't want me working there anymore. So Katie calls me and doesn't even know what to say because she's in the middle... SO LONG STORY SHORT... DONT WORK HERE... OH AND NOT TO MENTION THEY HAD TO ISSUE MY LAST CHECK AS A PAPER CHECK, WHY WEREN'T THE TWXES TAKEN OUT OF MY LAST CHECK??? Doesn't make any sense!!! AMANDA IS NOT FIT TO BE A BOSS, especially is she can't even "fire" someone to there face !!! OVER THE PHONE, really ??? BUT ONCE AGAIN, SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRLS IN THE SCHOOL AGE ROOM! Each of them them received two years of Christian based, early education (preschool/preK) that really gave them a nice head start for kindergarten. They get lunch snacks, and plenty of toys - inside and out. We liked the care enough than when it was moved from Noblesville to Fishers we didn't think twice and went right along. The attending kids have always seemed to get along pretty well. Often at pick up time I'm waiting for hugs to be given all around. All three of our kids started at 3 months, and continued until kindergarten. The hours have always worked well for me, allowing me to drop off as early as 7 while occasionally staying until 5. There's definitely something to knowing that when you drop your kids off for the day, they're in a safe, loving, nurturing environment until you see them again. There's never been a doubt that that's exactly what they're getting here. If there's an opening, I highly recommend giving it a shot.

I also saw a one year old be carried through two (possibly more) rooms by her arms in a rough manor... which was dismissed by Ms. Stevy as "proper technique." They are so loving and caring for these little babies. My daughter has since moved up two classrooms but every morning we walk by and my daughter wants to stop and say hi to Linda & Iman. In the mornings, my daughter would go straight to Carmen and turn around and waive me. Goodbye. Although that made me sad it also made me so happy knowing she loved being at school. These teachers were so interactive with their kids and really had fun with them. We just moved up to our third room and I can't review yet on those teachers but I have no doubts I'd give them 5 stars too. I will admit when we joined earlier this year the place was a bit chaos, but since they've gotten a new Director and it has been an entirely different experience. The teachers have remained the same and the communication is way better. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone needing care for their kids.

Kiddie Academy was one of our top choices when we got on 4 waitlists in October 2022 (8 months in advance of our daughter's due date). We ended up needing to move up our start date by 3 weeks due to our daughter's early arrival. All of our waitlist placements fell through and we were in a total panic. Erica at Kiddie Academy got us in when we called in June 2023, and we are so happy with the care provided for our baby. Lynda and Iman are amazing with all of the infants. They are absolutely wonderful caregivers and we could not be happier with them. I trust them when I drop off my now 4 month old. I can peek into the classroom using the webcam service and if the teachers aren't feeding or changing an infant, and the infant isn't napping, they are playing or cuddling with each one! I second the other reviewer who states the new administrators are doing a great job. I know staffing/turnover is an issue across the industry and I hope Kiddie Academy can do whatever it takes to retain their caregivers.
