At first I thought this was a great preschool, but after just two weeks, we had a couple of incidents. First, my son was getting injured and no reports were given nor was discussed on the app they make you download to check in the child. I would ask if they could report to me if he was eating or not, they wouldn't give me an update or a simple .. yeah we believe he ate. Imagine all day in school and no one knew if a 3 year old ate to be able to report back to the parent. Lastly, they have this 9:30 policy, which most preschools have BUT they were completely outrageous about it. I have been there where they accept children after 9:30 but i guess it depends who your child is or the parent. I arrived a few minutes before 9:30 and rang the bell. I noticed my son's teacher peep out of the hallway and then run back. I rang the bell a second time and then also used the QR code to check him in. It was at 9:30 at this point and she came out, denying entry to my son. I was explaining to her that we had been waiting outside and it was literally 9:30. As we are discussing this, my son who has no idea what's going on, tries to squeeze past her and she proceeds by shoving him out the door with her leg. At this point, I told her she didn't have to touch him or do anything of that matter and we left. I contacted the director letting her know that we were pulling him out. The director told me that his teacher said she never did that and she actually felt bad and hugged him (which of course never happened). They also own Phyl's Academy which also has horrible reviews. I would not recommend this preschool at all. They are better preschools and daycares in the area. read more
