I freaking love this place. I've been twice, once to see Minions (don't judge, haters) and most…read morerecently to see their "CineSneak" offer (more on that later). This theater is a little out of the way, but it's huge and shows almost every movie you can think of. They have the original English versions of all the movies they release, which is great for expats.
So. CineSneak. Essentially, every Wednesday night the theater allows you to purchase 5 euro tickets. The catch is that you have no idea what the movie is going to be. Even the guy selling the tickets doesn't know! Trust me, I asked. It's always a new release though, so if you don't go to the theater often, there's no risk in seeing something twice. Last night we ended up watching this weird Christmas movie which wasn't fabulous, but a fun excursion on a weeknight. I will definitely be doing this again.
(The only downside is that like most theaters, refreshments are insanely expensive. I just wanted a bottle of water and it cost 4.25, which is insanity. You can buy a beer there for the same price. I'll never understand overcharging for water.)
