I've had several emergency situations with bad tooth aches over the years & have always been able to get an appointment quickly to address the problems. At other dental practices, I even dreaded getting my teeth cleaned. Regina, the hygienist at May Dental, is great! She makes sure you are comfortable & is very through. My teeth always feel better after she finishes cleaning them. Don't mind getting my teeth cleaned at all now! It is a good practice with great people, I highly recommend them!

Dr May said I needed to have a filling, so I made an appointment to go at 3:00 PM. They made me wait 40+ minutes past the appointment time and didn't even take me back till 3:40. When I finally went back, he didn't even bother asking me if I wanted the more expensive filling, he just went for it anyway. The worst part isn't even the dentist, it's the desk staff. They are all so incredibly rude. They sent me a super confusing bill for over $400, so when we called in to ask questions they were so incredibly rude and literally hung up on us THREE TIMES TOTAL! First up they knowingly knew that our insurance was out of network but withheld the information. . Vicki, one of the desk workers, literally said how we didn't do OUR jobs with the insurance and how "this conversation wasn't fruitful and she was done and hung up". You do not treat a customer that way despite how annoyed you are! It is their job to serve their customers. Gracie, the other desk worker, also hung up on us and we had to call back. When we finally were able to give them the credit card (since they had already hung up twice) she said nothing else and hung up. Not even a goodbye. They just don't want to deal with their customers. We have never felt so unvalued as paying customers who had given them HUNDREDS of dollars. This place is unorganized, dishonest, and flat out rude. Take your business anywhere else but here.

During the consultation I was told to try one more time to explain to Forche the issues I'm experiencing. I called to make an appt with braces still on my teeth, mind you, when they told me I'd been dismissed from the practice and the only way I could go back is to pay the full $4k initial payment even just to take off my braces!

I get in here and this office see's that I have a unused insurance policy and they start celebrating with dollar signs! After the dentist exam I am presented with a plan that is through the roof in cost and in most aggressive treatment. When I look at their plan it appears their prices are very high. I come home and start looking in dental insurance portal where I can choose this same dentist I went to and choose every procedure he quoted me on and his PPO price (my price) is listed for me to see. Well, all of my quoted prices are very inflated from the PPO prices. I called my insurance company and they double checked these figures for me - he quoted me much higher than what he is contracted with my insurance company to provide. My insurance company showed me how he is ranked as one of the higher priced dentist even at the lower prices! I went to another dentist and got a second opinion and was amazed at the difference in every aspect of care. The treatment plan I got there makes perfect sense and I am completely comfortable with it. I really like every aspect of the new office and actually look forward to getting the work done.
