This office staff is not responsive to inquiries, also just to get a RX this office will bill your insurance for the highest office visit, if you have a deductible not met yet, you will have to pay for a pricey office visit just to get a RX written for you. I used to be a patient of Dr Rajendra Patel, recently retired. In all of those years of being his patient, I never encountered any issues with his staff much less billing issues.
