DO NOT DO BUISNESS with this firm!!! If you want someone you can trust to take care of your loved…read moreones after you are gone, please take your business elsewhere! My grandparents chose Mr. Power as their probate lawyer and if they knew how my experience would be I'm sure they would have never gone to him. Mr. Power had been rude, unprofessional, untrustworthy and not transparent throughout my experience with him. As a beneficiary, I received 80% of my inheritance in 2020 and was supposed to receive the rest of it in 2024. No word from Mr power until I contacted him in 2025 one whole year late. Mr power claimed that I had been given everything and when I reminded him of the 20% he claimed he did not have the money and knew nothing of it. A month later he claimed he remembered that he did have the funds but had lost all the paperwork concerning my grandparents estate! I was told the funds would be sent out soon, however this process dragged on a year (after he was already a year late) countless fruitless phone calls where he couldn't even remember what was said the last time we spoke, emails that would go with no response for weeks, and claiming he would send the money the next day and then nothing for months with no explanation. He has treated me and my love ones as an inconvenience and not a priority. When I finally received the funds (2 years late) it was not the amount that I had in my records he became agitated with me and responded with "this concludes our conversation" when there was no conversation at all and I am still waiting on answers. Mr. Powers is highly unprofessional and in the end should not be trusted with handling you or your loved ones affairs!

Where other law offices quoted me at their standard $500 rate to review the case, Trey Wilson's office took the time to ask questions and conducted roughly 5-10 min of online research of court records and determined that hiring them wasn't necessary. They recommended that I contact my previous probate attorney and, ultimately, saved me $500 in unnecessary costs that they could've easily charged me for little gain. Though I didn't need a real estate attorney this time, based on my encounter, I will undoubtedly hire them should I ever need one.

From the beginning Mr. Wilson failed to tell me that representing me and representing my property managers who he worked for was a conflict of interest. He didn't tell me this until we were getting ready to go to court many months later. He told me if he continued to represent me that I would be responsible for the property managers legal fees as well as my own legal fees which he knew I couldn't afford. He advised me to pay the tenant what she was asking for because he stated if I pursued my case the tenant could also sue me for my rental property. Further more, Mr. Wilson was suppose to deposition my tenant the same day her attorney took my deposition. He did not. When I asked him why he stated he did not want to pay for the deposition. Mr. Wilson also allowed the tenant's boyfriend to attend my deposition with my tenant's attorney. The boyfriend sat next to my tenant's attorney and passed notes to him the entire time. Mr. Wilson sat in on my deposition for a few minutes but was more interested in his cell phone than listening to the deposition. My tenant never got involved in the case because her boyfriend handled everything for her. He wasn't even on the lease. Mr. Wilson also told me negative things about the property managers, personal things about my tenant's attorney and because I had a friend that worked for the property managers, I found out Mr. Wilson was speaking negatively about me at the office of my property managers. In the end I was left without representation and a way to defend myself against my tenant's accusations. Mr. Wilson could learn a lot from the other attorney who was very professional and thorough. Perhaps if Mr. Wilson would have spent less time gossiping about everyone involved, he could have concentrated more on my case. As a footnote, I discovered later that he had a suspension years earlier. Wish I had known that before I trusted him to help me.
