THIS GUY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!! Mathew is a very unreliable, unprofessional and un responsive. He took my case over a year ago on a tenant the abandoned my home, skipped out on rent and damages. I had every single thing documented , , ,recepts of the damages including pictures , including the location of the tenant's place of work. He took my case Emailed a letter to the ex tenant ( to the wrong email address) when I pointed it out he didn't respond. I had to continuously email him, text him call him to try to get an update with no response. When I would get a response it was rude with excuses of being as sick ad a dog , to he does the best he can with no office staff and doing it the best he can and that he has other clients. I gave him a complete file. Right down to where the guy does for a living and he said he couldn't locate him.??? SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. We had high hopes - but no results. Matt took our case and did the first step, filing two suits in the court, then virtual ghosted us for over a year. I have had my lawyers when I was going through my divorce. I wish I had known about him then. My daughter was in a bad situation. She was being taken advantage of by her landlord since it was her first apartment. I have a list of things they've done against the lease and the law but they started hassling her when she pays rent on time and is hardly home. The situation was made more serious when an ex started following and threatening her. It didn't qualify as stalking to be able to be let out of the lease.
