There's no way they're all legit... especially now that I've seen these ones that line up with my experience. I guess they haven't paid off robots to post on Yelp yet. I could NOT have had a worse experience with them. They took my money, did the bare minimum, claimed they did work that I did myself the second I mentioned wanting to leave. They removed my access to the pages and pages worth of discovery responses and documents that I did. The one actual meeting I had with them I had to ask if the paralegal had even gone over my case before we met and if she knew the answers for anything I needed to go over. I would ask a question and she would literally read out loud what the discovery question was, but not explain anything about it. The only time he was willing to speak with me was during the 30 minute consult, which he cut short to ten minutes, saying I had a good case. Regardless of my requests to speak with him instead of his assistant, he was MIA. They'll make you feel like a criminal, take your money, and be the least empathetic people I've ever talked to. Crazy way to treat someone paying you upwards of $18k. Stay away from him and especially his assistant Tammy.

This man threatened me with litigation over $70.00…read more This office is affiliated with New Braunfels Title. I live in another state. Mr. Low was asked to prepare a deed for a transfer of property me. I owned two lots with my former spouse, one of which just sold on 7/31. The second one was being transferred to me as my sold and separate property. The request was made of him on Aug 12, two days after I received the final executed closing docs. When I received the deed, it inexplicably referred to both lots, included the lot that I had just sold days before. I was also sent an invoice for $100, which surprised me because I was under the impression that this had already been covered. (I had asked that these two transactions take place simultaneously.) It turned out that there was a miscommunication between the title company and his office regarding the lots. They just sent him the GS info and the sale was so new it had not yet been reflected on the record, so he just went with what was there. Understandable. HOWEVER, when I mentioned this to my lawyer here (this act has bearing on my divorce settlement), he told me that the fee would normally include the act of recording the deed on my behalf. So I contacted the lawyer directly and asked a) should I send the (already) executed deed to him for recordation and b) can I pay him electronically. He had no idea who I was, asked me all kinds of questions, finally "found" the deed in his files and sent me the blank deed that still contained the wrong information. When I told him that what he sent me was wrong, he started asking me if I'd paid him yet. I told him I had planned to pay when the deed was recorded. He said he wouldn't record it until I paid him. In my frustration, I declined and said that I didn't feel I should have to pay the fee because it was wrong in the first place. That's when he started with the threats. Mind you, he was just going to take my $100 and not record the deed if I hadn't asked. It was only after I contacted him that he said he would advance the $30 recordation fee out of the $100 and record it. I emailed him yesterday and said that I would in fact pay him the $70.00 for the deed prep since it did not appear that it was his fault. His response? "I'm done with you." Verty toxic. I had to ask him if that meant he didn't want his money that he said was "due and owing." No response. I'm gonna pay him anyway because he did the work and as I said, I acknowledged to him that it was not his fault. But he threatened me with litigation over $70.00.
