I could not imagine leaving a poor review of a good doctor based on an experience with office staff. In all my visits with Dr Ennis, he was very helpful and good to work with. He took the time to explain my condition (GERD), he worked to find the right Rx and he showed extensive knowledge, as well as an interest in keeping up with the latest information related to GI conditions. Now that he has apparently left Orange County, I have been searching for a local replacement and have been incredibly disappointed at alternates. I now appreciate even more what a good doctor he is.

Dr. Patel is a specialist and unless your child is the patient, no one wants your kid there...no matter how cute or quiet or well behaved that YOU think that your sweet child is. Dr. Patel has a very friendly office staff, and every person there has always treated me very kindly and professionally. For my esophageal and intestinal issues, there isn't a cure.
