I called him multiple times, left messages, texted him and he completely ignored me. He picked up his phone a couple of times, saying, "oh I am driving now, let me get to my desk, look at my schedule and I'll call you back in 20 mins" He didn't call back, nor picked up the phone when I called him later in the day. I ended up loosing my money to groupon credit, which I still haven't used. I worked with so many photographers in Las Vegas and none of them were so unprofessional and flaky. I have no idea how he runs his business! Sharon R. wrote he didn't respond to her messages either, I can see how it is possible. The rest of the reviews were probably written by his friends and should be thoroughly scrutinized by yelp.

As part of the #twitternerds profiles for @SinnerMag we did a photoshoot at Shane O'Neal's…read more(@SONproductions) studio on Monday night. Shane is AWESOME! Funny and engaging and very professional, he seems to be able to adapt to the mood and energy around him and his subjects to create a good time while working hard. He can explain what he needs from you to make the best shot, and then, when you aren't doing it right, will help you to learn, stand, and jut out your chin just so.... without making you feel like an ass. Photography is way more detailed than the average person understands, and Shane has a great way of including you and making you feel a part of it, not just a subject on the other side of his lense. It's as much your work as his, or so it felt to me, and whether in the midst of the single-person shoots or the group shots, he is interactive and moving around and looking for new ways to present something to make you both happy. Fun, serious, theme work; he does it all to make sure there is a wide range of options to choose from to cover all your needs. I am looking forward to seeing what came from that fun shoot on Monday, and I hope to be talking to Shane soon about more work!

Yelp doesn't provide enough starts for my experience with Spectrum and James Simmons…read more My company is based in Maryland but we were coming to Las Vegas for a conference and needed a last minute rush job. We called on a Thursday hoping we would be able to get a job done by Sunday Spectrum made it happen by the next day. As we were handling delays from our designer and traveling, James kept in contact with us to make it work. We got the file to Spectrum at 2:11pm on Friday and the materials were delivered to our hotel by 7:20pm (15 minutes after we arrived ourselves). We let James pick the weight and binding and the materials came out perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I was shopping around for a place to have these made I stopped by Spectrum Color Printing and talked with James. He was very helpful and showed me what they were capable of doing and gave me a quote on the spot. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush me to order. Especially with the military it takes time to get things approved for purchase. Once I had the order paid for he sent my idea to his Artwork guy Bryan and the proof came back to me in about 2 hours. He knocked it out of the park. It was better than we could have hoped for. Once we had it finalized James emailed me and asked if I wanted to come by and review the final product before printing all 500. Once there it was perfect and printed them on the spot to save me a trip back. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they might help you or you business out with. We have already started a second order with them and will have them make the 2020 Suicide Prevention Car Show poster! Thanks again James!

My dad took better photos with his iPhone. When they showed us the proofs the next day they looked so great, even convinced me to buy an additional $366 worth of prints. Got them back and they look terrible, ashy, no warmth. Asked for a full refund and was told there must have been a mistake when they were printed. Told they would be reprocessed again to add warmth then told we could pay additional for retouching. ?!? What a scam. If you are told you have to use them. Don't book any additional time or spend anything additional. Hire your own photographer. Save yourself the headache. Zero stars. But I had to give one to finish this review.

I hired Dzner Studio for my good friends babyshower and it was a huge hit- everyone absolutely loved it- they loved it so much that we even had to extend the time. It was a 49ers football theme & Renz customized the photo template perfectly for the theme. The photobooth had many options from regular photos, boomerangs, GIFs, and videos (the GIFs were my favorite because you get 4 pics in one). We also opted in for the "roaming photographer" option as an add-on to the services.... Best idea ever! I highly recommend adding this service because who has time to take pictures of everyone during the event when you're trying to host a party? Renz was able to capture some beautiful photos of everyone having a great time. This is my first time booking a photobooth & I'll never throw another party without it. We received great service and they were very affordable compared to other businesses that I've researched. Thank you Renz with Dzner Studio! I will definitely be recommending all my friends and fam!

Let me preface this by saying that I used to photograph weddings and family portraits so I knew…read morewhat to look for in a newborn photographer who is experienced and excels in their niche. After a brief search on Google for newborn photos, we stumbled upon BlushBaby.com. Just based on their website, it's evident that they invest in the business and provides quality services. After filling out the online service request form, I received a response I think later that day. Jennifer has a small studio locally here in Vegas so that checked off that box for us. We were sent package pricing information and we didn't even bother to do a zoom call prior to find if we were the right fit because her work speaks for itself! Take it from me, if a newborn photographer is willing to pay for a studio space, a pretty damn nice website and provides all the props/outfits, they're invested and you're going to get quality photographs of your little nuggets! Our little one caught a cold from her older sister and we had to reschedule. Jenn was very understanding and pushing out a week later wasn't an issue. After finding her studio IG page, I found out that she and her husband were from Hawaii; bonus points!! Located around LAS airport, we arrived to a slightly warm studio but nothing unbearable. Our daughter being a little over a month old did not stay asleep as long as a brand spanking new newborn but that didn't matter to Jenn. This is where the experience kicks in! Working around baby in and out of sleep, Jenn and her assistant knew techniques to get baby asleep and started snapped images. The photo session lasted around 2.5 hours which is what we expected. There's a small seating area to wait while your baby is being photographed and you can glance at sample photo books imagining what your little one will look like in certain poses. Within a week, Jenn scheduled a zoom meeting so we could preview the images and place an order. We ended up ordering a package and we absolutely love the images. Having a background in photography, I did a DIY photoshoot with our first daughter and while there were a handful of images that came out great, they are not as amazing as the images Jenn took of our 2nd child. Their location is now by the LAS airport so the address listed on this Yelp page is likely their old location. I would highly recommend Blush Baby and we would certainly seek her out for future business such as family photos!
