A friend of mine recommended Patch and Paint Pros last September when I was looking for painters to repair a back bedroom that had peeling paint everywhere due to old plaster walls. I called Ryan, of Patch and Paint Pros for an estimate for the job. He gave me a reasonable estimate, better than another painter, and also gave me an estimate to paint most of the interior of my house with a 10% discount. I decided to do the entire house. These guys were unbelievable!! Always showed up on time, and most times I would leave the key for them so they could let themselves in and out while I was at work. They did an amazing job and I swear they left my house cleaner than it was before they did their painting!! They always vacuumed up and wiped everything down at the end of each work day even though they would be coming back the next day. In addition, I have 2 dogs and they were wonderful with the dogs too. I had some problems with the paint cracking in the "trouble" room several times and Ryan came back at least 2 or 3 times to repair the cracks. This cracking problem was not the result of their painting job but due to the fact that the house is very old and the plaster may be beyond repair. Anyway, almost a year later, Ryan and his team fixed the cracks yet again and they didn't charge me anything. Everyone thinks they are great, but when I had Ryan come out for an estimate, yes he was friendly and nice but I needed a lot of work done. I waited over a week for him to call me with an estimate. I emailed him about it and he responded that it takes a few days for an estimate and that he has a lot of jobs to do. A few days? It was almost 9 days that I was waiting for him to call me. I should have at least got a call that he was still working on it. It seemed to me he wasn't interested in taking on big job but he never told me that but implied it in his email response 9 days later! I am disappointed with the way I was treated considering all of the great reviews. I also called a woman he recommended to clean the tile in my bathroom, she was great and said she would call me the next day, she never called...coincidence??? I think not....need I say more? I found a GREAT painter who is always willing to do whatever job you ask. You can respond to this review and I will give you his name and #. Where do I begin, the team has been fantastic from day 1 starting with the very competitive quote we received from Andrew. He was very personable and professional and really took the time to see every aspect of our new home. Due to a miscommunication and general mess with a previous contractor, I called the team well after business hours to check their availability to begin work on our home the next day, knowing it was a long shot since it was such short notice. Josh and Andrew were able to coordinate and implement the short notice request to perfection in less than one day's notice.The next morning, Andrew showed up at 7am to begin work and the team did a phenomenal job on our home when we saw the end product a few days later. He was meticulous and communicated with us every step of the way if he had any concerns and even sent us real time pictures of problem areas so we can make quick decisions on how to proceed. This level of service from everyone at Patch and Paint Pro's but especially Ryan, Josh and Andrew is just great for home owners. PPP painted our entire house in April 2015 (approx. 2,100 sq ft). They were excellent from the beginning - starting with the estimate from Ryan. He walked through the whole house and helped us understand what we we needed. My wife picked all of the colors but some were from different companies and PPP did an amazing job matching them perfectly. Every job from PPP is assigned a project lead - which really helps the customer focus their energy on one person. The job was pretty big - we wanted polka-dots painted on one wall, perfect arrows on another, two coats, ceilings, walls, trim, doors, interior of closets... In the end I think we had around 10 or so different colors throughout the whole house. If there was even one tiny imperfection on a wall, even a closet interior, the guys went over it again for us without complaints. Great business for all your painting needs. I had patch and paint pros paint three rooms in my Conshohocken condo, bathroom, living room and kitchen. I had started the project months before but couldn't find the time to finish and called to see what it would cost to be done professionally. All around my experience was great, starting with meeting with Ryan to get an estimate which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done (including some touch up where I screwed up!). I asked them to come out early so that I could leave for work at my normal time, which was critical for me. They arrived right on time and got to work and arranged to meet me later in the evening when the work was complete. The work was spectacular and all of the supplies were out and clean up was done prior to me getting back from work. I had 3 other painting companies come and give an estimate or I should say to waste my time and theirs since I never heard back from them. Ken from Paint and Patch Pros came for the estimate, entered details into his iPad and was able to give me a great price before he left. I hired them immediately! They started work a week later, exactly when they said they would start and had the job finished in the time frame they estimated as well! It was a fairly big project with many patches and drywall tape repairs on a 4000sqf interior, the finished product is stunning. I was also having a problem getting anyone to tile a backsplash and Ryan called in someone he knew and that was another headache I could check off my list. Ryan at Patch and Paint Pros is AMAZING!! We bought a house back in December and each room needed to be painted. I had tried two other professional painting companies in the area before finding Ryan and I wish I would have found him sooner. He and his crew were really professional and NICE. I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. I had a difficult room that needed to be painted due to high vaulted ceilings, and I also wanted a chair rail installed. We recently used Patch and Paint Pros to have our living room, stairwell, and upstairs hallway painted. We directly dealt with Ryan, the owner, the whole time. He showed up on time for our estimate appointment and we received the quote within 24 hours. Ryan had estimated two days of work to complete the project, and during that time he kept our house clean and organized and gave updates every few hours. Patch and Paint pros finished the job and it looked amazing! Everything came out perfect. He even painted our base boards, which was not part of our quote since they were a different shade than rest of the rooms. Great touch! While decorating for the holidays my wife noticed a section of wall where the paint seemed to be coming away. I, of course, had to touch it and when I did all the paint fell away exposing a large hole in the drywall with a large (luckily vacated) hornet's nest made up largely from the missing plaster. I found PPP on the internet, liked their homepage and the Yelp reviews. So we called, not really expecting them to come right out but Ryan did come out, gave us an estimate and had his colleague Chuck on the job the very next day. And what a nice, clean professional job Chuck did. It was a small job but he got right to it, finished the patch, matched the paint thus ensuring that our living room would be presentable to our many holiday visitors. Patch and Paint Pros just completed a project in my daughter's bedroom. While other painters merely want to paint over cracks and imperfections in the wall from a previously leaky window, Ryan wanted to do this right and repair the damage before just painting over. Andrew was our painter and he was polite, very clean, meticulous and periodically checked in with our daughter to make sure she liked it (typical 14 year-old girl.....changed her mind after seeing one coat of the paint and then switched colors plus we added a chalkboard wall section to the area above her bed). The paint looks beautiful and all signs of a prior leak and the house being built in 1955 are gone. We would love to work with Ryan and Andrew again......and will! Hired Patch and Paint Pros after seeing them on More than the Curve and the Conshie card. Ryan came out promptly to measure and provide an estimate. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. He was able to set up the painting to accommodate my schedule. Mercedes and Mike were amazing. They arrived promptly and made sure that everything was covered and cleaned up each day. They were able to paint the ceiling that had been painted by 3 other painters and still had streaks and stains. The ceiling looks awesome! There are no more stains or streaks. Mercedes should have her own 5 star review. She was everything one could ask for and more. She made sure that everything was done perfectly, down to the door jams and closet trim. We recently had Ryan come in and do our stair case. With the difficulty of the vaulted ceiling over the steps, we did not feel comfortable attempting to do the work ourselves. Ryan was awesome to work with, available almost immediately to discuss paint colors and finishes. He worked around our schedule and got the job done in a timely manner. Also, did things the right way instead or the "easier" way. For example we have a crack in the drywall and he made sure to caulk rather than spackle the area for durability, without us asking. He also touched up a few spots on the neighboring ceiling, which we had just painted ourselves. They were also clean and made sure the job was done right before it was finished. This job turned out fantastic! Not the cheapest estimate, but I've learned you can get what you pay for. The repairs and paint done to our room are impeccable - it's as if there was never any damage at all. The technician that was on the job, Paul, was one of the most professional and courteous people we've ever had in our home. I'd ask for him personally in the future. He went out of his way to ask questions throughout the process to make sure we were getting exactly what we expected. Because I have an old Philly house, Ive had an army of 'contractors' in over the years. Most of them suck. Lets face it, then never return calls, act like YOU'RE a pain in *their* ass, miss arrival time 'windows'- or never show up at all- then turn their nose up at your job or overcharge you as if you're a bank owner. They stuck to the tight schedule I gave them, worked meticulously and skillfully. The men were friendly and intelligent: Andrew who "patched" was great. Can't recommend this company enough. Had them out six months ago to paint a few rooms and a bathroom. They did an awesome job and everyone from the office to Ken and Luis were responsive and friendly. They did a great job and made sure I was happy with the results.
