I have been to Mi Tango in different occasions (lunch break, work dinner, informal dinner) and I'm afraid it is a pretty dissapointing place. The atmosphere is nice. The service is fine too. However, the food is not. I have tried a bit of everything. The asado was as stiff as a shoe sole, hard to chew and particularly tasteless. The burgers were of awful quality, like the frozen burgers you buy in Aldi. The side vegetables were awful too and obviously all frozen with no dressing. Furthermore, it is not cheap for what they serve. I think this is a wasted opportunity. The place is right in the middle of the Eurobubble and they are the only Argentinian or South-American choice in the neighbourghood. They could exploit way better their uniqueness instead of cutting costs on food. Disappointing.

The wait-staff is friendly and the food was brought quickly and efficiently. As starters we all took different things. Empanadas, sausage, Iberico ham, chorizo, Japanese salmon tartar and some anti-pasti. They were really good quality and in my opinion good value for money. The side dishes with the main course on the other hand were so so. Really tiny not really well baked potato, fries that were average, some vegetables. The portobello mushrooms announced in the menu is in fact one mushroom upside down covered in molten cheese. Desert was a 'moelleux au chocolat' for two of us and apple tart with dulce de leche. Both were good but not great which brings me to the issue with this place. The local specialities served are really good quality but the dishes are all formulaic. The iberico ham is great for example but just thinly sliced on a wooden board. The chocolat brownie is left in the ramekin, not quite the right consistency, the apple tart is not home made. The other thing that didnt go right was that after serving the food the wait staff ignored us. Now I wouldnt mind but they placed the wine bottle out of reach! This was the former stock exchange converted into a beer hall and rooftop brasserie. There was an incredible beer selection. Plates of charcuterie were for sale as well. We waited about :20 on line to go to the top. People were very friendly & the time passed quickly. There were restrooms down a level. The ride down was easy.
