The chuletas (grilled baby lamb chops) numbered five and were fantastic. Tender and the fat crispy and delicious from the wood grill. The Iberian pork grilled just pink was fantastic as well. The sauce made from the pulp of dried sweet red pepper and almonds. The lamb cane with a spoonful of fiery hot pepper. The deserts are great here.
