Yummy!! i know that part of the success of my Cochinita Pibil was the way we came to an agreement of what part of pork to select. Once I said to Tommy what i needed to cook, he gave me his recommendations, the result was a nice pork loin piece. To my surprise when I started to cut the meet I was very happy of the quality and that there was not a bit of waste.
