We were able to get a table right away even though it was pretty crowded on a Saturday morning. I wanted to look at the pastries and order there, but the whole process was a little chatoic. I told the woman behind the counter that I was sitting down at a table, and she told me she would hand it to my waiter. After waiting a bit, our waiter had to come back and ask what I ordered, and it seemed like he wasn't able to find it. Eventually he did come back with the correct order, and he was very apologetic about it. We haven't had the best service in Italy, but our server here was amazing! He was so kind and made the experience that much better. As for the pastries, I got the croissant with vanilla cream and the raspberry maritozzo. I wasn't expecting to like the maritozzo because I don't usually like cream puffs, but this one was so different from the ones I've had in the US! The cream was so light and fluffy, and the brioche bread was the perfect accompaniment. The raspberry jam added a nice tart flavor to it as well. Overall, this place gets a little crowded sometimes, but it's a great place to stop by when you're shopping!

Not exactly nutritious in the wholesome nutrient sense, but you get some calories in! I got a (virgin) mojito that came with a nice chunky circular loaf of bread, a couple olives, some oil for dipping, and parmesan cheese. Unfortunately, this tray was meant for *2* people...so definitely plan on getting a small pizza if you come hungry! The location is nice however, right across from Eataly and in front of all the Corso Como action!

The waitress was quick and friendly as well. They were very generous on the smile, which was nice. We got come cappuccino and ginger coffee to go with maritozzi, bombolone, and this strawberry cake covered in marzipan. The maritozzi was delightful while the other two were just okay.

I forgot the name of the round airy pastries filled with custard. Wow I'd take a flight just to have them. Sometimes that's bad when I know that the items will disappoint but I am craving sweets. These items were all very good but I just don't typically eat this type of baked good, so you could just taste the sugar in them. I felt the prices were reasonable and the items were very moist and had good flavor. My husband got a slice of pizza that had artichokes, tomatoes and ? - it is a thicker crust but was very good. We also grabbed a pear cake - very moist but too sweet for me. A chocolate tart - good but again sweet, he made out and ended up getting my piece too. I also got a pistachio cake slice- way too sweet but ok flavor. We'd go back and their juice and coffee selection looked good.
