Service was fast - order at the middle kiosk and wait for your drink. They have a few iced drinks available, and you can choose which 3-4 beans to make the drink with. We got the iced latte along with the shakerato. The shakerato had no milk, so you can definitely taste the beans/coffee flavor. After a dozen attempts to dial in the pour the staff was honest and upfront about the selection that it couldn't be made to their standards. Wow, love this! Being new to espresso making at home I fully understand the 1:2 ratio in a specific amount of time for making espresso. I took their advice and went with another bean selection. My iced cafe latte was for take away and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. One thing to note for any Americans that expect sweetener, there is none here. I wasn't bothered by this but I could see many others might be. Looking back I wish I had bought some beans to bring back home to Cali.
