I read the reviews and I really thought this place was going to be awesome. I was horribly…read moredisappointed with the service of this establishment. The waiters at this place are rude and short sighted. No personal touch whatsoever. Some people are meant to be teachers, doctors, etc., and some people are meant to be servers. Not the people here. We ordered the appetizer and while we ordered the appetizer, I was asked to order the main dish like this: "If you know what you want tell me now, so I can put it in". It took over an hour to get a plate of spaghetti and.a lasagna. Not even a, enjoy your meal, sorry it took so long., nothing. The servers are overwhelmed, the dishes are overpriced and the service is terrible. When I asked to speak to a manager about it, I was told " i am the manager, you can talk to me". Well, the server lied. The truth is that there was no manager and the staff does not care. The atmosphere is chaotic and once again, the service is slow. I will not return and I will not recommend. The one star is for the flavor of the food. It was not bad, but it was not good enough to put up with the disappointing and mediocre service.

We shared the appetizer as well as one of the pizzas, which was completely fine. The pizzas (one Hawaii and one with seafood) were very tasty. Credit cards not accepted sadly, but we did get mints to go.
