How did I not know about this place? I've been missing out.
Admittedly, it's a very humble type of establishment, not much glitz or glam about it. Even on the inside it's a pretty barren looking place. It's certainly not the most inspiring dining setting. There's a random collection of framed works along the wall; some paintings, some newspaper clippings about spaghetti, some drawings and a couple of photographs. That's about it.
But quite frankly, you're not here for any of that. You're here for the pasta.
They make pasta fresh everyday to sell wholesale and retail.
They've got some tasty options on their list too.
Sand crab ravioli? Porcini ravioli? (both $11 per tray) Yes please!
Pumpkin, almond, ricotta ravioli? ($10 per tray) Yum!
How about some cannelloni? ($14 per tray) Get in me!
Or you could opt for some ol' fashioned fettucini. ($10 kg).
Do you want it plain? Spinach? Black pepper? All of them!
I would suggest that the trays of ravioli could easily feed four.
The staff are the ones who make the pasta and will give you all sorts of handy information about refrigeration, cooking methods and times, so on and so forth.
