The process to get these tickets is going through yet another company trying to sell you (Passport to travel). They ask you to send in a voucher with a $4.95 check and then they will send your vocher. The voucher arrives 30 days later with a request of a $100 money order to "reserve" your flight, another 30-45 days. The next step is another $59 per ticket fee to see if the flight is available. The flights are limited and they charge you $200-$300 in service fees. The entire process took months and the flights ended up being more than a regulary booked flight. Don't waist your time or money on either company. They are both scams!

Therefore, in this transaction DV365 acted appropriately and I give them an additional star for their responsible behavior. On day 4 of a 7 day cruise, my wife got sick and we had to get off and go to a hospital in Aruba. The ship left 2 hours after we got off. I had no internet access just a cell phone. I called Larry at 11:00 pm and he answered the phone. GOD BLESS! He found us a room for the night and booked flights to get us home the next day. He called or texted through out the day to make sure we got home safe. He even offered to pick up at the airport if we needed transportation. We weren't getting in until midnight. We didn't need transportation but just the thought was so caring. I've used several travel agents in the past, but will never use anyone else but North Mississippi Travel. Thanks so much Larry.
