The South County Regional had a really extensive collection of books and materials for the younger set. While we had trouble finding 2 to 4 year old age-appropriate books at other locations, South County Regional satisfied our needs. The library itself was newish, clean and easy to get to, with available free parking. Unlike some other libraries in the district, this one had more library materials but fewer things (toys and games) for kids to play with. Nice library and recommended.

The second time, she answered my emergency call on Thanksgiving and got my father that was "stuck" in Louisiana due to no flights for 5 days on a plane next day to be with his family during the loss of his mother in law. They gave me a number and said they would text me when it was getting close to my turn. Around 1 I received my text and returned. I live close by and was back in quickly. I was done with the process by 1:30. No issues other than some rude customers hanging around

Should it really take 9 hours to renew a driver's license?…read more This was one of the most frustrating and dramatic experiences I've ever had with a public service. We waited outside in the pouring rain for over 7 hours, starting at 5 a.m.--and there was no shelter, no updates, and no support. Worse still, appointments across the entire state are booked 90 days out, leaving walk-ins as the only option. When I got home, I read that our state ranks among the worst in the country for DMV service. Honestly, it shows. To make matters worse, there was a gatekeeper at the entrance who seemed more interested in exerting power than helping people. His rudeness and attitude only added to the chaos. So many people's time wasted. So little care shown. WOW. Just WOW.
