One thing I've noticed from traveling internationally is the lack of preservatives and GMOs in the food because I'm able to digest foods easily without the bloating. So, if you normally have issues with certain foods in the US, chances are you will not overseas.

The vegetables were delicious -- there were mushrooms, eggplant, tomatoes, and peppers. All on thin sliced pizzaaa. I ate 1.5 slices and some tagliatelle after. The quality of the pasta was good, but the sauce definitely needed some salt and pepper. The restaurant (and most places in Ibiza) do not have hot sauce to add. I tried a piece of the burger and it was only okay -- the hot potato wedges were great though! The caprese salad was not very memorable , but I do remember that it was refreshing. We also ordered a dessert -- something creamy. I remember that it didn't hold its shape and was very liquidy. This was for the birthday boy, and he didnt really like it. Ibiza restaurants do charge for water, so we were careful to make sure we did not order a lot of water from this restaurant. Their water pitchers are a bit small, so that was a bit disheartening. Their water "pitchers" were more like small vases, so each one would pour about 2.5 glasses of water. I recommend getting their pastas and pizzas since they are supposed to be more of an Italian restaurant. Overall, this place was about a 3.5. I bumped it to 4 because they stayed open late for us and was very accommodating to our needs -- such as gluten allergies and answering all of our questions.

While Ca n'Alfredo may have some recognition for their food, the poor service just torpedoed the experience. Especially in mid-May, before high season and busy crowds in July and August, the service should have been much much better and at. Unfortunately, it was not. Compound this with the fairly typical seafood rice dish available at many other restaurants, Ca n'Alfredo is an easy pass if other options are available (Edit: to add insult to injury they tried to sneak in some alcoholic beverages into the check that we didn't order.
