    I've been using this accounting service for three years now…read more I own a rental investment property so doing my taxes on my own is something I'd rather not tackle, especially since tax allowances and breaks change Year to year so I'd much rather pay someone who's knowledgeable. They make it so easy. They send me a copy of my last year's return so I can see all the prior deductions and then I can fill in the current numbers for this past year. They also did my daughter's tax return for free last year. I drop off the packet with my new numbers and within two weeks I have my nice refund. I'd rather pay for this great service as opposed to trying it on my own and creating potential errors. Maybe I'll try next year!

I have to say during the initial stages of talking with the folks in the office deciding if this was the route we wanted to go they were very nice and responsive. We thought their pricing was reasonable and we decided we would try Jonathan Ucran's services. We were set up with a portal. I was proactive getting all of our paperwork together and uploaded. Once it was all uploaded I checked a few times seeing if there were any notes or things posted on our 'to do' list. Nothing. i reached out to the office and I was told they would get to our info soon and would receive a call withing a week. A week passes- no call. nothing. I call back again. Apologies, they said they were busy wrapping up corporate accounts and withing a week, again, we would be contacted. Ok. gain, no call. I had to call again! This is how our relationship went for the rest of our communication in completing our taxes with their office. We were told that our taxes were complete. They asked us to submit our bank account information so they could submit our taxes. I drove to their office and dropped off a check so I was not charged any fees. The next day we received our RI ax return in check format in the mail?! What?! I called the office. Left a message with an employee. No return call. Call again and refused to accept not speaking to someone. Apparently someone mailed in our taxes without our signatures or our banking information! They said there was a mix up in the office?! Also they tried to blame all our return call issues on Covid. To be clear... they were not returning our calls BEFORE Covid started. I have used TurboTax for years. This was my first experience with paying someone for my taxes. Bad experience. We were sure to alert our realtor about the service we received and next year we will not be working with Jonathan Ucran.

    I have been on the phone with Verizon for 3 hours and 17 minutes so far and counting. I am now…read morebeing told I have to wait 3 days for a call back. I called them to reschedule my installation date to an earlier date. The 1st person had me on hold on and off for 25 minutes and then hung up on me. The second person I was on the phone with for 2 hours and 32 minutes. They told me that in order to get an override code to set up an earlier installation date they had to make a new account for me. I agreed, when they started making the new account they quoted me at a $10 higher a month price. I declined that price and said I wanted my current price or to just keep my current account (that I was logged in to and could see the estimated billing for). She said that was impossible. They then said a supervisor was not available and would not be available until the next business day. This representative was Deni #470050. They then hung up on me saying there is nothing they could do to help me because I would not agree to the price increase. I called back, the next person said I needed to speak with the technical department after a 15 minute hold. I was transferred to the technical department who immediately let me know I need to speak with Sales & Service. (The department I had spoken with 3 times already today). The technical department transferred me back to Sales & Service. Who after taking 20 minutes to research what was going on and then attempted to reach out to the dispatch team to get an override code found that the dispatch team had went home for the day 45 minutes ago(2 hours after I initially called). They suggested I have them call me back during their next shift in order to get this resolved since they were familiar with my account. That sounded great but their next shift was not for 3 days. Total time now 3 hours 37 minutes, accomplished nothing, initial request was to reschedule the installation date. The installation date was set 30 days out from the order date. I am also being told that I cannot get my $80 installation fee waved for this inconvenience as that is up to the discretion of the person that actually finalizes my order which they cannot do since the dispatch department is currently closed.
