Second time using JC Mobile Auto Glass, and I have nothing but good things to say…read more At some point, the windshield on my 2026 Toyota Corolla took a rock strike near the lower edge of the glass, close to the frame, without me even realizing it. I drove to Los Angeles and parked in a covered garage on a humid day. When I parked, there was no visible crack. However, when I returned about four hours later, a crack had propagated approximately 12-14 inches up the windshield. My best guess is that the combination of temperature, humidity, and pressure changes caused the damage to spread. I called JC Mobile Auto Glass on a Thursday around 4:00 PM. They ordered the replacement windshield from San Bernardino and had it delivered to their High Desert shop by 9:00 AM the following morning. They gave me a two-hour service window (9:00-11:00 AM), and the technician arrived at my home right on schedule. The technician was very conscientious when working around the plastic trim surrounding the Toyota Safety Sense front-facing camera. Those components can be fragile, but he took his time, carefully removed the original windshield, and professionally installed the new one in just under 45 minutes. The workmanship was excellent, and he treated the vehicle with care throughout the installation. I was very satisfied with both the price and the service. The convenience of having a technician come directly to my home, especially at such a reasonable price, made the experience even better. The new windshield looks fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use JC Mobile Auto Glass again. Great work, JC!

The repair man showed up and first thing he muttered is "I wonder how quick I can get this done"…read more Turns out, not quick at all. This process was over 4 hours !!! During those 4 hours, me and my car experienced hell, and if you get Christoper as your tech, you most likely will too. Christopher had a loud mouth and brought up topics such as "My client who had a blind, deaf and retarted kid ", "how do you even figure out someone like that is retarted", " if it were me I would just put them down". NOT KIDDING I WAS DUMBFOUNDED. I left that conversation as quick as I possibly could. When I arrived back Christopher was straddling and standing on my doors causing the hinges to bend and I have pictures for proof. Finally he gets the window off and Over applies his primer all over my headliner and roof paint. So far no leaks but I now seriously question the professionalism of the desert Safelite auto glass repairs team, they have not reached out to me after I formally submitted my complaints. So I now leave this review in hopes they correct their terrible mistakes, orrr I can help someone out in the future by recommending them ANY glass repair place other than this. After all is said and done, I now have a list of repairs and I just wanted my window fixed Sincerely, Still dumbfounded Mike z

I strongly recommend them if you're on a budget and need fast, same-day service. I compared prices for OEM and aftermarket windshields, with installed prices ranging from around $300 to $500. I paid only $200 and received installation at my home, which is an excellent price. Service: 5/5 Quality parts: 5/5 Installation: 4/5 Price: 5/5 Availability/promptness: 5/5 The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is a minor cleanup issue. Some black sealant remained on the roof liner above the rear-view mirror and on the mirror housing. When I adjusted the mirror, the sealant transferred to my hand. I suggest changing gloves or washing hands before reinstalling the mirror to prevent this. Overall, this minor issue won't stop me from using them again.
