I have a huge glorious yard and in my opinion they took little to no pride in making the yard look as good as it should. I have spent a day every week for over a month now, fixing sloppy sprinkler installation and broken drippers as well as pulling dead and overgrown plants that they just left. Maybe I'm just picky, maybe they do a better job when they know you can check up on them? Yeah, my yard was kept up to a degree, but in my opinion they did the bare minimum out of laziness or so they could spend more time on yards that are more closely watched then my own. They are the second landscaper I hired and from what I hear this is par for the course.

I don't believe they know how to truly install Turf, as the borders have cracked, the edges are turning up and it's lumpy. They came back out once and repaired an area, however, asked us to pay more after the same issues occurred. We've had turf before and never had the same issue. I'd advise against work from them, other than landscaping, which was done well. The crew is extremely dependable, however I'm upset about the outcome and quality of work/product for a job that was over $10k. The additional star is for the crew.

The plants were not trimmed and if they were it was a rush job and looked terrible. The sprinklers were not checked to make sure they're working and they obviously weren't because the grass got dry and brown. The landscapers walked on our bark and broke bark in our yard after being asked not to. We cancelled our service and asked for a month's refund as we had paid ahead. After 2 months after several requests we still have not received our refund. It makes me sad the service went downhill. We have hired a new landscape service and are happy with the work they are doing. I do not recommend hiring this company.
