Following a simple, question regarding a late fee and a request to turn off AutoPay, she completely flew off the handle. Rather than engaging in a professional conversation, she chose to abruptly expel our 4-year-old daughter on the spot(even though my daughter was expected to graduate in just 2 months) and left our conversation. She later sent an email giving us 2 weeks of transition time. Me and my wife went in person after receiving the email to request re-consideration to avoid disrupting our daughter's routine and said we will agree with whatever terms Ms. Katie wants us to follow. She treated us like we're not even worth a conversation. Because of her toxic behavior, we decided to end it right the same day. Because of the owner's inability to manage a basic business conversation, our innocent daughter is now forced to miss her pre-K graduation party on June 13th, for which she had spent weeks proudly practicing her songs and dances. The teacher churn was extreme. My daughter had 5 different main teachers in the last 1.5 year (Ms. Su, Ms. Ar, Ms. Ad, Ms Sh, and now Ms. Ju). The school was run like a mess after the talented Director Ms. Ar was fired for no reason. Ms. Sh had 40 years of experience in the field and she was fired after 3 months due to internal politics. We decided to unenroll our daughter twice, first time Ms. Sh requested dearly to continue but she was fired after a month. We decided to unenroll again after Ms. Sh was fired but Ms. Katie requested so much to keep us enrolled and promised direct care and attention to our daughter. After all this, she's the one to terminate our enrollment over a minor conversation. As parents, we trust schools to care for our children's emotional well-being. To abruptly expel a child and strip them of their graduation milestone over a minor administrative disagreement with a parent is unacceptable. If you look for stability, emotional maturity, and a safe environment for your child, please look elsewhere.

Some of the teachers resigned communicated offline after resigning about some politics going on and lately we stopped receiving communications about changes to the teaching staff 3. they store your bank ach and doesn't give you option to revoke the ach even though you accept financial responsibility - not giving customers option to revoke ach is not legally okay 4. it is a pretty busy location with lot of foot traffic because of other business in the same complex, on top of that their security system is pretty bad. I went to pickup our kid in the middle of the day and noticed doors are completely unlocked and there is no one in the reception area, anyone can walk in and when asked about it their response is simply "we know about it, it is not an issue, it is okay" and with an attitude that we are wrong to question about it Finally if you are picking this school based on the promises made by the management when choosing the school, don't go for it. They are not reliable and they prefer to change it very quickly as they wish and kid is adapted to the environment. It is not about they meeting your expectations, they don't even deliver what they have promised or agreed to deliver.

None of the other daycares we looked at offered so much hands-on learning and engagement. The Director - Ms. Lakshmi deserves special appreciation for building such an amazing environment -- well-organized, nurturing, and full of thoughtful programs that make learning joyful. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place filled with love, creativity, and purpose.

She scoffed/chuckled at me multiple times because I was asking her questions that were answered in the forms she emailed to me. I'm so sorry that I do not have the ability to remember every little detail about every school that I am touring. The school is also VERY old. Would never recommend this place.

Now that she is a month away from being 2 years old, our daughter has grown and learned so much since being in this school. I remember my first day dropping her off and she cried for about two weeks before she was able to finally transition, and man, that was rough for a first time mom. But the school provides an app with updates via messages and pictures of their daily activities (arts and crafts, sharing day, circle time), which helped settle those nerves especially in the early days. Now, my daughter walks up herself to daycare and waves mommy goodbye. It's definitely a proud mommy moment to see her grow to be independent, while also giving her the gift of learning early in a school setting and making friends along the way. I also have to add - the teacher to children ratio here also makes me feel confident my daughter is getting the attention and care she needs from the teachers - and you can also tell the teachers truly care about the children at the school. I love working with Ms Katie on the admin parent side, and I could tell Mrs Cho and Mrs Choi both adore my daughter. Santa Clara Montessori also provides summer school activities for two weeks, which included some water activities which my daughter absolutely loved! Finally, I have to admit, while childcare in the Bay Area is expensive, Santa Clara Montessori provides flexibility and options which works for our family. Rather enrolling our daughter in the full time program, we have been enrolled in the part time program, first with three days and then expanding to the four day program. This works great for our family financially, and we're happy Santa Clara Montessori provides this option for us. We're so happy we found a place we could trust leaving our daughter while we're at work, while also being a place that helps our daughter continue to learn and grow.

He's excited every month to see how Teacher Tarcito will change the jobs and themes around the classroom. The preschool (especially Rona!) does a fantastic job with adding in visits from firefighters and police, pumpkin decorating contests, special celebrations like "international alpaca day", etc. He comes home with so much to share about his day every day and we're regularly surprised by random fun facts and science or history tidbits that he brings up that he learned from Teacher Tarcito. We love that the small size of the program means lots of personalized attention and back when he was super shy meant that school wasn't overwhelming. HeadsUp is a very special place. Our youngest has been at Headsup for about 3 months now, in the infant toddler room. And with teacher turnover the way it is at most daycare centers, how special that our youngest gets to have two of the same teachers that his big brother had! Pros: 1. Their advertisement is very common and popular…read more Cons: 1. The bright horizons is a chain day care, so people's good impression might be due to other sites. This site is purely for money, and you will see the dark side of bright horizon at skyport. 2. The director, associate director and teach association are rude to the parents. The directory and associate directory's seats are near the entrance, so it feels awkward to meet them every day. Only the front desk lady could smile to the parents every day. The other staff are purely bureaucrat, whose attitude is basically arrogant and ignorant. 3. The bright horizon at skyport does not care about caring but more about recruiting new kids to maximize their income. After enrolling, they start to screen them and push them out if the kid does satisfy their criteria. We registered for 3 years old class and waited three months for the position. In the first day of enrollment, they told us that our kid can not join the 3 years old because the potty training is not complete yet. However, the bright horizon at skyport does not refer this point when we submit application and following communication. They only talked about the waiting period and tuition rate. Then they said the 2 years old class has better student to teacher ratio. However, they kept complaining the kid does not nap from 12 pm to 2pm. When I asked if the nap is mandatory. They said yes, and reason is that teacher needs rest at that time, and kids have to nap. This requirement is not listed during application. If we know it, we won't apply this site. They become pickier and more aggressive and require us to pick the kid up if the kid violates any rules they set without our agreement. The reason we sent the kid to the daycare is that we can not take care of the kid at work time. Initially they politely asked us to pick up kid early around 4 pm if the kid does not listen. The second day, the teacher coordinator said we have to do early pick up every day. This is ridiculous. We thought it could become better later. Then after one week, they asked us to pick up the kid at 11 am, when just two hours after we dropped off. The reason is that the kid has confliction with another kid. Then we realize that they tried to force us to pull our kid out of their school, to finish the screening process. During the process, the teacher coordinator kept lying to me that they are short of hands in 2 years old class since another class would open soon. The student teacher ratio would become worse so they cannot take care of my kid. Either the teach coordinator lied or they really short of hands, either is bad. 4. Their tuition rate is highest among the daycare/preschools I contacted at that time. I thought they could provide better services just like their advertisement. However, they are just good at screening kids and passively aggressively push the kid out if they do not like the kid. The nap requirement is also unreasonable since different kid might has different nap habit. In sum, their service quality does not match their tuition. 5. The management team is pure bureaucratic officials. In once conversation with the director, she kept saying the kid still cannot use toilet per instruction and still wear diaper. I told the director that the class teacher told me she notices the improvement of the kid's potty training. So, the directory does not really know what happens in the class and kept said non-sense to the parents. The associate director once called me to pick up the kid within half an hour. However, the document they sent to me clearly stated that the parent could pick up kid with one hour after notification. She is so mean and ignorant. The teacher coordinator is also a dishonest person, and switched the kid's class from 3 years old to 2 years old class, then tries to push the kid out by frequently calling for early pick up. 6. The site locates in a commercial building, so the outdoor playground is very limited. They also limited each class's play time within half an hour. If the kid does not return classroom after half an hour, they would call the parents to pickup early.

When we were first touring daycares, what stood out most to us about Tulip was how warm, knowledgeable, and hands-on the director, Ms. Nikki, was. She knew every child by name, how their day had gone, and seemed to have a deep understanding of each one's unique needs. We also loved how the school helped make the transition to daycare smooth by allowing parents to accompany their child for the first few days. This thoughtful approach really put our minds at ease. The classrooms are clean, bright, and spacious, and the shaded outdoor play area is perfectly designed for all the different age groups. I especially appreciate that the infants have their own dedicated play area. The school also provides detailed daily updates through Procare, so we always know what our son ate, how long he napped, and how much he enjoyed his activities. The meals they serve are nutritious, wholesome, and include a nice variety of cuisines.
