On the day of the scheduled service I texted them at the number they had been texting me from around 1:30pm to verify acceptable form of payment & they responded immediately. Then 2pm came & they were a "no show". I called at 2pm and again at 2:20pm and I was told they tried to reach the person that was supposed to come out but he "'could've lost his phone" & "it must've fell under the seat" & "I guess somethings wrong with his phone" & "oh I don't know where he is"...this person even hung up on me while I asked questions. I called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Around 3pm I hadn't heard from them & had to hire another company.

The Supreme Home Services team cleaned up & help reset the space so it was back to usable as soon as they pulled away. They also took the time to load a large pile of cardboard and Styrofoam from unpacking after a cross country move from my garage for me, which was a huge help. He was professional, easy to work with, offered fair pricing and made the whole process simple. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

We chose M4Y because we have recently moved to Chapin and were looking for a local company that we could support. Ashley immediately responded to my request for a quote and was so wonderfully communicative, kind and reasonable. She gave me options to meet my budget and was completely flexible and understanding of my needs. I could not be happier and look forward to seeing them again in 2 weeks!

Pricing for home cleaning is outrageous, but Maid 4 You beat out the competition and offered better customer service than any other company I've used in the area! I wanted a more detailed clean on each visit and they made that happen for me. Would definitely recommend this company, especially if you live in the Chapin area. The first Crew that came to look at damage and what they had to do was very professional and very nice. Ashleigh explained everything step by step what was to be done. I believe if she was the one to be in "charge" thru this process it would have been done professionally where no questions would have to be asked and every thing that I was told that was to be done would have been taken care of. Taylor Williams, the owner of this business, is a very nice person. However, he did not see that this job was fully complete. I asked Mr.Williams several questions on what I observed that was never completed. I have found several things that were left and not completed and still finding. I did contact Mr.Williams when I first moved back in and his response was that he would take a ""look"" which he never did. He also gave me 3 different dates that I was to move back in. I finally told him to please give me a final date so that I could make arrangements which he did and made another excuse that he would have to ""rush""the final details, that I did not understand because it had already been 8 weeks.I told him not to worry about the clean up that I would do it myself, which I did. He never did a final Walk thru to see that the job was finished, which he told me more than once that he was to do. Mr. Williams never checked on final jobs that each crew that was sent in to do different jobs, as he promised and he never asked me anything. I was the one that contacted him and he rarely returned my calls. There was a lot of good work done, mainly the floors look great, but things left undone as well which to Mr. Williams was apparently not important. My refrigerator has small dents in several places...Vanities in both bathrooms not all the way to the wall....one broken at bottom that should have been replaced. Carpet in one bedroom not under baseboards, a big piece of baseboard in hall broke off left that way, painting in bathrooms and kitchen horrible. The kitchen cabinets that should have been replaced smell like mildew that Mr. Williamson said was in great shape. And I am pretty sure there is more. This company was sent by the insurance company to do the job, and left it undone. I should have listened to he people that told me I would regret SERVPRO doing any kind of work Very disappointed!!
