Since that conversation, I have noticed an improvement in my interactions at this location. I am updating my rating and adding back a star as a result of the positive changes. Additionally, after reflecting on it from a business perspective, I realized my original two-star rating was not fully fair -- this location is still new and less than a year into operations. It takes time to build the right team and culture, so I am adding another star for that understanding as well. If anyone has concerns with this location, I recommend reaching out to the owner directly. He is genuinely committed to creating a positive experience for both parents and children, and he responds quickly when concerns arise.

Please read this to the end so you don't regret it later. My son started at this school on August…read more13, 2026. He is such a friendly and happy boy, i have proof of videos and photos that he is hugging his friends and kissing them.In the beginning before i report incidents they wrote about my son that he is the best kid. But from the very first day, a classmate named Salvador punched him up daily, and my son came home crying every day. I do have pictures videos for every incident. At first, I didn't report it to the school, I calmly informed the teacher's assistant, Ms. Estopare, at 3:00 PM when school ended. At that moment, my son's classroom teacher MS Hamze shouted at me angrily her face turning red demanding to know what the problem was. I explained that my son was coming home with a bloody mouth and bruises on his forehead. Both teachers insisted that no one had hit him.Ms. Hamze told me she was tired( school start only week ago) and it's hard to deal with so many children at once, she said I should offer compliments rather than complaints and that I shouldn't speak to her about such matters anymore if I had a complaint, I left the classroom with my son in a state of shock, realizing I had to formally report the issue to the school. There is a record in the system of the date and time I reported this incident, serving as proof of everything. After my severel calls to the school It was determined that the child in question had certain mental health issues and needed therapy. My son told me, "Mom, the Ms Hamze let Salvador hit me, but when I get angry and want to hit back, she says, 'No, you can't hit; you're a bad boy.' She tells the other children not to talk to Frank because he's a 'bad kid' and makes him sit alone." As a woman who is 8 months pregnant, you can imagine what I went through. One day, while going to the school, I saw Salvador's father getting out of a Rolls-Royce and being welcomed like a king by the staff, whereas the staff even front dest wouldn't even greet me, my son, or my husband they kept their distance. It seems to me that issues regarding physical aggression and complaints involving children from wealthy families are simply swept under the rug. Furthermore, hygiene at the school is terrible, and other parents also can agree with me. There is never any soap in the restrooms, and the children are constantly sick. Being eight months pregnant, I contracted the flu twice and COVID-19 once from my son, requiring multiple hospitalizations, I have records of all of this. Since we are a family of three with my husband working from home and me not working because of my pregnancy, it would have been impossible for us to catch a virus any other way than my son bringing it home from school. My son came home soaked in urine three times. When I asked how a child who is already toilet-trained could come home like that, he told me, "The teacher, Hamze, told me I couldn't leave my seat and had to stay put, so I was too scared to go to the restroom and peed on myself." I didn't report this to the school at the time, brushing it off with the thought that "kids will be kids" The school's owner, Matt McCallister, he owns three Primrose schools having recently sold and opened this specific location on January 21, 2025. It seems clear that he cares far more about maximizing profit than about the children's education or safety. After a month and a half, I called and wrote legal letter online to the school app that i would not be bringing him back to the school. Later, when I went to pick up my son's personal belongings from Primrose, owner Matt McCallister was there. I voiced my complaints to him as well, and I realized that while he is fully aware of the situation, he smiles in everyone's face to avoid losing children or revenue. He fails to hold either the teachers or the school director, Ms. Doyle who isn't doing her job properly accountable. They only cares about your weekly payment!

Mrs. Marielsy has been such a blessing to our son this year. As his time in her class comes to an end before moving up to VPK, I can honestly say we are so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication she pours into every child each day. She is incredibly diligent and attentive with all the children, especially with helping them learn and grow at their own pace. Our son has learned so much in her class -- academically, socially, and emotionally -- and he truly loves going to school because of the calm, happy, and welcoming environment she creates. One of the things we appreciate most is how creative and engaging she is with the children. The fun projects, crafts, and activities she plans are always thoughtful and exciting, and we love seeing the special things our son proudly brings home. Teaching this age group is not easy, yet she handles it with such grace and patience that she makes it look effortless. Mrs. Marielsy also speaks both Spanish and English, which adds such a wonderful dynamic to the classroom. Even while continuing to strengthen her English fluency, her kindness, warmth, and ability to connect with the children shines through so naturally, and the leadership team is always supportive whenever needed. We are beyond thankful for the positive impact she has had on our son and our family. Any child would be lucky to have her as a teacher!

I was blown away with the level of care and education she received. So much so I moved my youngest over there earlier to get her a headstart. By the time my older one went to Kindergarten she was so far ahead of kids that came from other centers. The quality is unbeatable and they average the same prices and other centers around but I feel like I got better value for my money. Nadine at the front is phenomenal and they have top tier teachers including Ms. Nicole who is amazing with the kids. I recommend them to everyone with small kids.
