I spoke with a gentleman who tried to assist me, but maybe should have just referred me over to the correct department, because my paperwork was missing information that he did not know about. Once I was able to get ahold of the correct department after two tries, which shouldnt be that hard. Time is money people. I finally spoke with Mic, who was more focused on her needs than mine. I have been trying to file my DBA through this company for about 2 weeks now. And instead of them accommodating to me (the paying customer) I instead am accommodating to them. I just can't believe they expect me to pay them for this. I called them ready to work and get things accomplished. I don't feel that is reciprocated. I shouldn't have to ask you do do your job and follow up with you. I will because I take my business and others seriously, but this is no where near a company I want to do business with. They have set my plans back!!!

Checked JJ website September 2021 and find JJ is now printed and contact JJ. Received September 3 JJ printed issue in mail. Do not receive JJ issues following 2 weeks. Left numerous phone messages and JJ text messages inquiring what's with my subscription without getting a reply from JJ. Do not receive a reply to numerous phone or text messages. What kind of organization does not reply to its customers?
