They make it easy to email or upload files so there's no need to go in until the print is completed. A couple times I wasn't happy with how the color turned out and they adjusted it and made me another print at no charge. While they mainly publish books for local authors (short stories, poems, fiction and non fiction), they were open on art night giving away free books (pre-prints), had a kids activity (making a super hero mask), and had the author of one of their books teach folks about how to make homemade tortillas and try out organic tequila. While I was bummed that they don't actually press the books here (done in Chicago), as a non-author I enjoyed checking out their exhibit on the process of book publishing including cover design and other cool art night activities and will keep them in mind if we ever need to rent space
